Fantastic experience: Hitting 50 and a 9 year absence from crossfit recent life changes seen me looking at options nearby , delighted i found this place ., fully kitted out box in a nice space , coaches are friendly and welcoming , and finding im fully enjoying the experience again . Great atmosphere and supportive of each other despite a wide range of abilities and levels . Overall a cracking set up

Fantastic experience: Gave CrossFit a go around 8 weeks ago to help with my Preseason training for Rugby. I quickly got into the groove and this has become the absolute highlight of my week. The Gym is top class and the equipment is very high quality giving you the feeling of being in an elite environment. The coaching provided by both Jacob and Sarah is phenomenal with constant feedback which has helped me to improve my technique massively. This is something that caters to all levels so if like me you were a total newbie or you have been doing this for years this place is definitely worth a go.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever doing crossfit . I was at the amazing open day on the 18th May 2019 to sample what cross fit is .. when I walked in , the energy , And facilities AMAZING. I signed up for the free week and I wasn't disappointed the People that have been going for years and the staff ( Sarah and Jacob) make you feel relaxed and comfortable from the minute you walk in . Cross fit is for everybody. Even if you haven't ever done any fitness I would recommend going to ( cross fit haddington ) you train / workout at your own pace in a fun environment and coaching and support is there from the staff. The membership is £60 unlimited . It's a bit out of my price range personally. But it's well worth it . Just wished I could have joined on full membership. Loved the place .

Fantastic experience: Trained here briefly, reasonably priced for Crossfit. Excellent coaches and atmosphere. Highly recommended. Hope to be back sometime.
