Aerial Aphrodites

Fantastic experience: I love this class, I really struggled to find a second class to join. Nowhere had the balance on teaching style and class vibe that I was looking for. Until I found Aerial Aphrodites. I love that we have a structured class with a little freedom to perfect our skills too nearer the end of most classes. The teacher is supporting and confident and really encourages you to push yourself in a safe and comfortable manner. The girls in my class are so much fun. I was the newby recently and everyone welcomed me and I feel right at home. Really love place to learn pole and make friends

Fantastic experience: Jenna and the Aerial Aphrodites girls are the absolute best! So welcoming, supportive and caring. Lessons tailored to suit abilities and energy levels and we always have such a laugh! Would recommend 100% to anyone who has been looking to give pole/hoop a try, or if you are looking for something new to try or a new community!

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend this studio more! I wanted to try pole for many years but didn't think I'd be 'fit' enough but honestly it's one of the best things I've done. This studio has become a little sanctuary for so many of us! Jen is incredible and all of the women that go are so amazing and welcoming

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Aerial Aphrodites for the last 3 years. I started not knowing anything about pole or fitness and now It is my safe space. Jen is an amazing teacher! Everyone always makes you feel welcome. Since becoming a student here my confidence in myself has grown and I have made life long friends whilst maintaining my fitness. Jen offers so many different classes/ shoots and retreats ;there is really something for everyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
