Pro Gym Bodmin

Fantastic experience: Cracking gym, especially for dropping into on the way to/from Cornwall (although seems like a friendly community so definitely would be better if could go more regularly). Loads of cool kit (including some I have somehow not seen before). Dumbbells go all the way up to 80! Very much a owner-lead independent gym, and benefits from this. Can pay-as-you-go for £8 if the owner is around (apparently ~14:00 to ~20:00 but variable). Some cardio equipment but main focus is resistance and free weight. Lots of respect for the place, go and enjoy!

Fantastic experience: I have used a lot of gyms over the years and I can honestly say that pro gym Bodmin is the best gym around, fantastic high end equipment and always happy to help in anyway. I have been with pro gym for about three and a half years and have put on some fantastic size from what I was when I first started there.

No gyms I’ve ever been to invest in there equipment like rich does. also have to say the atmosphere in there is always great very friendly and helpful people who train in there

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a heavy weight gym then this place is for you. The gym is well equipped and everyone can find something for themselves even during busy time. All members are very respectful and there always be someone to help if you struggle with your session. Everyone maintain the gym in good condition and the weights/plates are always put back to their places so you don’t waste time looking for them. Rich the owner was one of the reasons I’ve joined. Easy to talk to, very knowledgable regarding correcting your training techniques and always pleasant to be around. Best gym ever !!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just the sort of gym you want if you are serious about weight training! Stayed with family in Bodmin for a few weeks and needed a place to train. Rich was a top bloke to deal with, good to chat to and gave a thorough walk around of the gym when we first met, explaining the equipment and giving helpful tips on how to use them for best results. Would highly recommend Pro Gym

Fantastic experience: Great independent gym. Love being able to train when I want with the key access. Being able to buy clothing and supplements when the shop is open in the evenings is a great addition too!

Fantastic experience: Possibly the best gym you will ever come across! The owner really does genuinely care about his users! Helped me massively! My first day at the gym I sat outside for an hour while suffering with depression and anxiety due to my weight (18.2) and couldn’t quite get through the door! Rich guided me through the door and was always a text/message away with guidance! Pro gym changed my life for the better! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Pro-gym Bodmin is a great gym, fully equipped with some of the best kit you’ll find in gyms in the south-west. Rich the owner is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rich keeps the gym very clean, is always looking to add the best kit (Watson) and there is something for everyone. 100% recommend this gym to everyone! You’ll feel straight at home.

Fantastic experience: After researching the Bodmin area for a good reliable and friendly gym I came across Bodmin pro gym which ticked all the boxes for me! Not only is the gym full of the most top of the range gym equipment but the gym its self is maintained to a very clean,safe and high standard! With a great convinent gym shop which stocks all your protein and gym workout needs! I highly recommend this gym to anyone I come across who is looking for a gym to train at!

Fantastic experience: Everytime I attend Pro Gym I always walk into such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone who attends genuinely cares about each other and has a laugh whilst working out and the owner is lovely and happy to help me when im struggling as well as keeps the equipment updated and clean. I could not recommend this place enough, as a woman gyms can be intimidating but its not just a gym. Pro gym is a supportive community of friendly faces who are happy to see me, catch up and will always push me to reach my goals.

Fantastic experience: Pro gym is a friendly and welcoming place to train. They have a massive variety of lifting machines for every muscle possible and ample amounts of free weights with benches and room to use them. Rich is a encyclopedia of knowledge and will help anyone achieve there goals. He and his team have been helping me train for an endurance moto in a short space of time. Already I feel the benefits from there Trainning and with the nutrition support I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys

If you live anywhere near this place you need to get yourself there to have a look around once seen you will want to train there and be part of the pro gym team!!! Fantastic new top of the range equipment, loads of free weights, friendly family like atmosphere, always clean and tidy, fully stocked shop with top of the range supplements and equipment. The owner has years and years of bodybuilding knowledge and is a genuine down to earth guy that is there wanting to help everyone improve and meet their goals whatever they maybe. This gym isn't just for people that know their way around the gym its for everyone even if you have never stepped it to a gym you will be made to feel like at home and not be judged! if you get a chance check the gym out you wont regret it that is for sure:)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic 24 hour gym. All the equipment is great to use, plenty of benches and weights/plates so you are never waiting. Which is one of the main reasons i was fed up with at my current gym before i was told about progym. Friendly owner and staff with a wealth of knowledge, my first year being a member at progym and its been great.
