Positive experience: Great space for kids to play. Had great fun here with my nieces, nephew and my son. There is a depth limit for people who can't swim on their own yet which is enforced. Floats and balls are provided during family play sessions

Positive experience: Been going here for years .Needs a little up dating especially the shower cubicles the showers are being kept up with cable ties .Gym, could be swept up more but other than that I enjoy my gym and swim sessions.

Positive experience: Went for alane swim. 2 old gentleman swam 2 lengths then decided to talk for 20 minutes. Very frustrating when you're in training.

Negative experience: 14 pounds for a 50 min swim wirh kids. 90 percent of changing rooms just locked for no reason. Pool closed at 11am due to staff shortages.. Closed the slide after an hour.. Half the lights off.. Pointless waste of money.. Plus too many rules.

Fantastic experience: I love the swimming pool

Positive experience: Decent sized center especially for the area with lots of facilities. The leisure center is clean and its the same story for the changing village fir the pool. The pool is a good sized 6 lane 25m competition level pool although the shallow end is very shallow and the wall is slippy.

Fantastic experience: This leisure centre have 100% good manners to give extra welcome that I go to gym 5 days a week so it is related to working days and I love going to get bigger and stronger to turn muscular and BUFF MAN! YEAH BOIII!!!!!!!! and the gym is absolute unbelievably and they have good people who goes to gym and I saw a lot of my mates there after school I can go to gym anytime that I want and I will tell my best mate Jack Randle to join me at this morning we can work together as a good team to do extra weightlifting on shoulders, arms, legs and chest at the gym.

Negative experience: After getting together with my group making sure we can book to swim together. Twice our booking has been cancelled no reason just cancelled. How disgusting is it to accept my money when they have no intention to honour my booking.

Positive experience: This is a lovely clean accessible pool even for disabled people. The family changing area is great for my daughter and I. Always warm showers. You need £1 for the lockers which you get back. We hope to attend weekly for swimming. Thankyou

Positive experience: Good facilities and adequate parking. Only 4 stars though due to the fact you can't speak to a person to book anything. It all has to be done via their website. This is not suitable for everyone and if you want a one off visit, I can imagine, having been on the website going elsewhere.

Positive experience: Staff are very good and the system at the Bodmin centre works well. However, it's a nightmare trying to use Better's app. I also think, if it wants to get people back into its centres, which it does, it needs to make booking much, much easier, including being able to do it in other ways than on a mobile phone app which excludes hundreds of people.

Negative experience: After visiting nearly everyday since this time last year, my membership was cancelled for no reason. When I asked for this to be resolved, they informed me I'd have to pay a joining fee again! The manager would not waive the fee and was incredibly rude. Awful customer service considering I've been such a loyal customer and have always recommended Bodmin until now!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are helpful. It has alsorts going on here, gym is clean, the pool is clean. Can't ask for much more from a leisure centre.

Positive experience: I play hockey at Bodmin Leisure Centre so I don't really have much opinion about the gym and other facilities. However I have looked into them and the gym looks very modern and the tennis courts are inside and outside; perfect for all weathers. Other facilities consist of a swimming pool, that is used for galas and classes, as well as squash courts.

Negative experience: Accused of blocking up slide during Aqua Splash (Fridays) although it was down to some boy who looked around 8 stopping himself in the slide. To be honest after the lifeguards accused us of this we tried to explain politely what had happened what lead to us somehow being banned from the slide. This gave us a very negative view on the place since and we didn’t have much fun afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for many years, and I've always found the staff to be very helpful to me as I am visually impaired and need assistance when using the facilities. I would recommend this place to everybody especially for children as it's a great place to come if you just want to have a swim and a good time! the slide is especially good, very exciting again for young children,also the gym is very good, so if you just want to have a workout and don't fancy swim there is an option for you as well.

Positive experience: The thing i like about the dragon centre is that there are things for all ages. I do like places that think about everyone so i am not going to rant about that like in my other reviews. However there is not many people that I know that can afford to go to any of the sessions or lessons. So maybe you could think about the prices a bit more. Thank you.

Negative experience: Horride, horrid, horrid company!! I have emails from this company threatening me if I don’t provide documents which they were already given!! I used their online call back service but they never called!!! I re-submitted documents but the birth certicates were rejected!!! Swimming they put stupid rules and restrictions leaving very little for me and the kids to do in the pool.. plus they charge a small fortune!! Plus plus you are so restricted on when you can do a public swim due to them using the WHOLE pool for swimming lessons! Clever company buy all swimming company’s out so you have no choice but to go with them

Positive experience: My first aquafit session, loved it. Wonderfully warm pool. Although since June the water is slightly cooler, although it doesn't notice when you are doing the aquafit!

Positive experience: Good facility with modern facilities and equipment, ample parking too. The only negatives are the astro turf is showing its age being very slippery in places, the team changing rooms are small too.
