Fantastic experience: I have been going to CrossFit for over 3 years now and I honestly cant recommend it enough! Always felt welcomed by everyone and Grant's friendliness and knowledge has passed down to his coaches and this really shows in the teaching. Real family feel no matter your age or fitness level, everyone gets equal coaching and a workout to suit any ability.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. The box, the coaches, the people. Give it a go! And now being coached by my son! Bit strange but shows how committed the box is to developing it's members.

The coaches are excellent, the programming is fun and varied and I genuinely feel like I am progressing. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to give CrossFit a go as the community are so welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Newbury CrossFit for over 6 years now. It’s the longest I’ve stuck with any type of gym. I think that’s down to a combination of CrossFit itself, being varied and always with something to aim for, along with a warm and friendly community. Classes are small and you get to know everyone, including the coaches, which makes training a supportive and social experience. It doesn’t matter your age or ability, I think you can find what works for you.

Fantastic experience: We are very lucky to have a good few boxes in and around Berkshire/Wiltshire but our box rocks. Newbury CFPC is by far one of the best CF communities. An amazing mixture of people from all walks of life. Supporting all of our LGBGTQ members, Blue Light members and various clubs such as Ladies rugby and outreach. If you are looking for a whole different way of working out without all of the mirrors, posh showers and ab-rollers, come down to see Grant and the coaching team to take you to the next level of fitness and well being…wait you waiting for #ourboxrocks

Fantastic experience: Honestly can't rate this place highly enough. I first started back in 2018 and since then haven't looked back. I couldn't imagine my life without this place. It's like one big family, Grant & Clare have done such a great job at making Newbury Crossfit one big, inclusive community. A big credit to the coaches as well, they are all amazing. You'll never look at exercise the same again - I actually look forward to it now!!! :)

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a place to train that has good coaches, that is affordable and like minded individuals then Newbury CrossFit & Performance is the place to. I’ve accepted that I won’t be doing seriously advance CrossFit movements and enjoy the fact that Grant and the rest of the coaching staff accept that but still guide me in being better at what I can do.

Fantastic experience: I started my CrossFit Journey about 2 years ago at Newbury Crossfit. Grant introduced me to the starter session to pick up the basic movements. After a hand full of sessions I instantly fell in love with CrossFit not just for getting fitter but for how welcoming all the coaches and community were. I’ve made some really good friends for life. During lockdown Grant & the team did a great job of keeping everyone motivated. Since being back i’ve hit some new PB’s and can honestly say I feel the fittest and in the best shape i’ve ever been in. Massive thank you to all that attend and the coaches for pushing us to new levels of fitness and everyday movements. I’d also like to thank Grant for promoting my business through lockdown it certainly helped keep me in business by doing a lot of work for members. Thank you! This just shows how good a CrossFit community pulls together to help each other.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Newbury CrossFit for over four and half years now and it was the best decision I made. If you want to improve your health, fitness and well-being then I would highly recommend this place. It’s a really warm community with a great atmosphere and there’s something for everyone no matter what level of fitness you are currently at. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed. Facilities are excellent and plenty of parking not to mention how Grant and all the coaches go above and beyond to look out for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Newbury Crossfit for a year and a half now, a year of which during the pandemic. I can't fault Grant and the rest of the team's efforts to keep everyone going through the past year. Always available for help with training/nutrition and just generally a very supportive community. Excellent coaching and equipment. Wouldn't want to train anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Newbury has totally transformed my attitude towards fitness and so much for the better. Feels like all the best bits from other gym practices rolled up into one bumper package, minus the horrid boring bits; supportive team spirit from everyone there, bloody hard work but so rewarding, never the same workout, quality instruction and one-to-one, plenty of laughs along the way. Huge thanks to Grant and his team. Loving it! Would highly recommend.
