Fantastic experience: I came here for a Muay Thai session as I had heard about it so I brought a friend, It is absolutely brilliant the coaches and people there are so friendly. £6 for an adult session is very good considering the quality of the lesson and it’s also very cool training with actual fighters. Overall it’s brilliant quality, friendly staff and members make it such an experience.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this Gym for the overall Great experiences. My whole family train at this gym either mma or @ fitness suite & we all love it none of my female members of our family feel intimidated at all like in other gyms they have been too in the past. Many big names train at this gym several ufc stars & what I really like is they have time for youngsters to make a fuss & have a chat. Photo opportunity’s are never an issue if asked for. Great gym, friendly staff, no egos, very clean, men’s & womens changing rooms, Family’s very welcome, overall a very good experience.
