Negative experience: On behalf of Mr Philip Price he would like to let the person know that the message that was sent out by yourselves to give them the heads up that he had his contract terminated at this gym for threatening two members of staff which is a false allegation the cleaner Shaun approached Philip with a bad attitude and Philip told him that it was his manner that was giving the wrong attitude. The second allegation against Philip was from Amy the P T she approached me with a bad attitude and I also did say to her that she was abrupt in her manner towards Philip in the message that was sent you alluded that Philip had been banned from three other gyms in the area this is not true this is slander and internet misinformation this is not a fake review it is fact tell me what is fake about this. I’m still waiting for what is fake about my review, obviously it’s not fake as you cannot substantiate the claims of fake you have alleged

Fantastic experience: Truly amazing gym, friendly staff, and iv met a lot of nice people that use the gym.

Fantastic experience: There’s so much equipment and different brands of the same type of machine to use, plus a whole room for barbell exercises. Very good for powerlifting. Only wish there were calibrated 10 and 15 plates. Price is good and a range of contracts

Fantastic experience: A great place to work out with plenty of choices of equipment to use. The gym comprises of 2 floors; cardio upstairs, bag room upstairs, mainly upper body equipment upstairs, bars upstairs, ab room upstairs & a smaller Ladies Only gym upstairs. Downstairs is mainly lower body equipment, free weights (dumbells & bars) & powerlifting room. The gym is always kept very clean, as with the changing rooms. There is also a small infrared sauna to use free in the ladies changing room. There is snack food available & drinks to buy in the reception area & whey protein powder with a huge variety of flavours. The staff are all very friendly & helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else to work out & would highly recommend a visit. Monthly payment is £25 but if you're a 'senior' like me it's reduces to £22. Check it out!

Negative experience: I was checking this gym out but The fact that it has a “ladies only section” when men are paying the same for less was an instant no, the blatant sexism is something I won’t support

Fantastic experience: I have been using gyms for over 30 years, by far the best all round gym I have ever used, great equipment, staff really helpful, owner Dave fair play is always putting money back into the gym with new equipment etc, only critique is it can get exceptionally busy at peak times, though this only reflects the popularity of the place. Highly recommend this gym to anyone from newbies to seasoned pros :)

Fantastic experience: The two Planet Fitness branches have to be the best gym’s in Wales, everything is top draw from the machines to the staff. They are always updating equipment, there’s about 3/4 variations of every machine so you can mix up your workouts and the staff are always welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Love Planet Fitness! Massive rooms with loads of machine weights so you don't have to wait till it's free, massive strength and conditioning room with loads of exercises for CrossFit (which I do) and it has a only girls fitness upstairs!! 12 month contract are also very cheap only £25 a month! Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous starting up but I seriously had no reason to be. All the staff I have met have been really helpful and friendly. Also for any women who want to start but are self conscious of people watching you..they have a well kitted out women's only section upstairs.

Positive experience: Air con would be a blessing especially in the females area as most of the time it is shut off and there needs to be more variety in there. Otherwise a good gym but equipment out of order does take a while to be back up and running

Cleanliness is clearly a priority and always has been. You certainly will not get a better equipped gym for the low monthly fee.

Negative experience: ●Music way to loud. ● aircon always off. ●Boys behind the counter never smile. ●Staff not helpful at all, they never show any beginners how to use machine.they are always sat behind counter playing on game. ● mens shower dont have No privacy.why No doors. Owner need to sort this things out.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym which is open 24-7 to suit all clients lifestyles. This gym offers a womens only gym facility which is great when your a beginner in the gym and want to build your confidence. The parking is free. The gym can get busy at certain peak times when classes on etc. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Fantastic experience: Tons and tons of equipment, Hammer Strength in Aberbargoed, Nautilus in Tredegar. Also strongman gear including atlas stones, a personal favourite of me. Great staff and you'll never get bored!
