Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this incredible, state of the art, gym which has not only improved my core strength but also given significant boost to my health and well being. Fantastic experience: Hi. I have been using Fit20 in Birstall, Leicestershire for just over a year now. My performance has increased by up to 85% in one area and has progressed in all areas measured. I feel much fitter, am able to do things I couldn't do before (open jars, get up and down stairs more easily, walk further, carry stuff, the list goes on. I was worried about the cost at first, but have seen significant returns for my money and am very happy. The trainers are first rate and the owners friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of improving their overall fitness level. I'm 72 by the way, so age is no barrier!

Fantastic experience: I am one of the personal trainers that works on a Wednesday morning at fit20 Birstall. I also get my 20 mins in each week and noticed the difference in my own strength. As a hyrox mature athlete I train a lot during the week and do have a strength day but adding in fit20 I have noticed how much I have improved on the machines with what weights I am currently using compared to when I first started. I was very intrigued when I inquired for the position almost 2 years ago and when Rupal put me on the machines I was very surprised indeed. I see clients progress and many only do this plus daily life such as walking and I see how over time continued perseverance and consistency how they are progressing over time and some I marvel at what weight on the machine they manage to do it's absolutely brilliant and I love seeing the success. I love also looking at my own graph like a child ha ha. Fit20 is great if you don't like the gym. Need some strength work but don't have a lot of time. It has also helped me get stronger a hyrox mature athlete.

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended gyms regularly all my adult life. When I first heard about Fit20 I was very sceptical about how it’s possible to get fit in 20 minutes per week until I researched it and looked at the science. Whilst researching I found that muscle mass decreases approximately 3 - 8% per decade after the age of 30 and the rate of decline increases again after the age of 60. As I am now over 70 this concerned me. However as I’ve always kept fairly fit I wasn’t too worried but thought it wouldn’t hurt to give Fit20 a trial. One year later my overall strength has increased by 40%. I’m happy and would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I suffer from M.S. and find standing for any length of time difficult. Resistance training at Fit20 circumvents this by requiring a seated position for all exercises, yet all parts of the body are strengthened helping to improve my standing strength. Very impressed. Rups and Nish are encouraging trainers.

Fantastic experience: I consider myself relatively active and have always done a decent amount of cardio, but know that I haven't been done much if any strength work and not done any weights for over 15 years! This is why I thought I'd try fit20 to atleast start my strength and weights journey. So far I've only been a few times and my experience has been really positive! Nish is a great trainer and takes care to make sure I'm doing each exercise correctly and am showing good form. I feel like I am getting stronger and making progress! Nish is a great guy and friendly and encouraging!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Fit20 Birstall. As someone who suffers from hypermobility, I often feel like my hips are going to dislocate if I am sitting for long periods. I also suffer from other joint issues having had previous shoulder dislocations and weakness in my shoulders for over 20 years. Also, although I'm only in my mid 40's I have osteoporosis of the spine. I knew strength training was essential to strengthen my back and my joints but I knew that training on my own or at a conventional gym could be risky especially if I needed to do lots of reps to build strength and when tired I may make an error in my movement. This is why I chose to go to Fit20. With just a few slow controlled exercises with the trainer, I have made a 10% improvement in my hip and leg strength, meaning my hip is now stable and no longer wants to dislocate. In my upper body, I've made over a 20% increase in upper body strength. All this in just one 20-minute training session per week for 12 weeks. If you're suffering or need to build strength then speak to Rups and she'll give you a free session to try it out.

Fantastic experience: I can’t emphasise how important resistance training is, especially when you’re older as is the main form of exercise that prevents loss of muscle and strength related to increasing age. Muscle loss in the elderly is directly related to disability and mortality. Fit20 provides private quick easy and high-tech training once a week for only 20 minutes in normal clothing at a price no more expensive than formal gym sessions. At 77 years of age in eight months my leg press has increased from 65 to 87 kilograms with no additional exercise apart from occasional walks. I would recommend anyone at any age and degree of fitness to book for a free session.

Fantastic experience: I am in my 70’s and was in good health before covid but soon after covid my health deteriorated to such a level that I had difficulty stepping out of bed. Both my back and feet hurt even walking around the house and generally feeling weak and lethargic, unable to do even mundane tasks around the house. Doctors prescribed me several vitamin supplements which didn’t help and told me it’s all part of ageing process. I’d given up by then when my daughter suggested joining fit20 that had just opened in Birstall, Leicester, about which I knew nothing. I enrolled fit20 programme after taking a free trial session. It’s 20 mins a week with a personal trainer by your side helping you keep focused, pushing your when needed and encouraging you. Initially I was very skeptical as to how can 20 mins a week help, I was wrong, in just 8 weeks I saw the change, a great improvement in my daily life. Now I can get out of bed, walk and do chores around the house without pain. I’ve started regaining strength and confidence. Fit20 really helped me. My wife who suffers from arthritis has also joined up and has seen improvements in her condition. Rups, Amish and other personal trainers Birstall, Leicester fit20 are brilliant at what they do. Without the personal trainer I would have long given up but Rups with whom I train keeps me motivated and informs me of my progress and fitness level every week. All thanks to fit20 for improving my health.

Fantastic experience: 6 months in and really impressed by the results. Used to go to the gym when I was younger but never seen to get time now. Fit20 means I can fit in some training around work and the strength gains have been really noticeable to me, my partner and other friends/family. Nish and Rups seem genuinely interested in pushing me to do better (even working around my bad knee). Definitely recommend Fit20 for everyone

Fantastic experience: Going from a place of little fitness and struggling with mobility and confidence, having been for 22 weeks now my outlook is changing for the better. My knee pain has disappeared and I feel stronger and more confident.
