Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, amazing people. The gym and studios have all the equipment you need to do conventional weights workouts, circuits, traditional cardio etc. Members are all really friendly. Staff are all great, friendly and happy to help. The fitness classes and PT sessions are brilliant and suitable for male, female or couples too - I’ve done them with my partner. I’ve found Naomi’s advice to be brilliant and easy to incorporate into my routine, which has made a massive difference. Especially the nutrition tips / how to deal with cravings etc, coming from someone who lives and breathes it themselves. Naomi has plenty of ideas she’s implementing and really investing in the gym and studios, events etc. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, lots and lots of space and equipment. Friendly team running the gym, a great place to train/exercise. Would recommend to anyone, beginners or full time gym goers, all ages.

Fantastic experience: Could not be without this place. Everyone is made to feel welcome! Naomi and Ang really go above and beyond to get the best out of you and achieve your goals. Everything can be scaled to your own level of fitness. Best thing I ever did and now I hate missing a class! ️♀️

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Naomi of Strong21 enough. I have attended both the classes and 121 coaching. Naomi helped me regain my fitness after pregnancy and taught me how to get the most out of my work outs. Everything is scalable and the environment in the gym is welcoming to all including my son when there was no available childcare. My results speak for themselves. I’m easily fitter and stronger post pregnancy as a result of Naomi’s programming.
Fantastic experience: Naomi is so much more than a coach! She is not only supportive of your physical health but your mental health too. You feel so much better about yourself after a workout and a good chat. Naomi also is a helping hand for new mums; with a welcoming studio that is baby and child friendly, providing help and advice for post pregnancy recovery. I really couldn’t recommend her enough. She is good for the soul! Thanks for everything Naomi!
Fantastic experience: Brilliant place to suit everyone. Naomi is very supportive and motivating, sharing all her knowledge to help through everyone’s individual journey. Workouts of the Day are my go to, and I absolutely love them. Exercises tailored to each individual’s ability, but you are still pushed slightly out of your comfort zone. Every time leave sweaty, but happier than when I get there!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love working with Naomi she has transformed how I feel about exercise , and I’m so happy with the results I’m seeing. Her 30 minute sessions are perfect - I’ve never worked so hard but the feeling of accomplishment after her sessions is worth every ounce of sweat!!
Fantastic experience: I love Naomi’s classes (except the burpees!). Naomi is motivating, encouraging & keeps you going throughout the class. I’m knocking on a bit so Naomi always gives me alternative exercises if I’m struggling with anything. I’d recommend Naomi as a trainer & these classes.
Fantastic experience: Such an amazing approach to maintaining fat loss! I’ve been on a long journey with my weight loss trying everything from Fad diets to Slimming World to not eating anything and doing consistent cardio. Strong21 retrained my mindset, taught me how easy it can be to lose fat and build a better shape. Not restricting myself from days/nights out, birthdays or party’s. By far the best training coach and meal plan I’ve ever tried! The results are amazing and so consistent!
Fantastic experience: Best PT I have ever been to, I can always go to Naomi for any advice and she will always get you to your goals and more! Can’t recommend her enough
