Fantastic experience: Rob is a brilliant PT and an exceptional human being, full of energy, positivity and compassion, and loved by everyone who trains with him. Circuit training really actually works with Rob, and is as close to fun as exercise gets!

Fantastic experience: Rob and Jenny at The Gym Tin are seriously impressive. Their enthuisiasm and knowledge make the classes fun, challenging and suitable for all fitness levels. The constant theme of "it's your own workout" really helps everyone work to their own level and get results. The online classes work really well too, with a good mix of different sessions to keep you interested and motivated.
