Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Coach Claire taught me everything and within 2 years I was competing in the advanced category: from burpees, to gymnastics to all lifts. Everything strength, conditioning and general fitness is in those 4 walls. Plus, the community is amazing. I would recommend to everyone in the area, no matter what your fitness level is/ previous injuries, there will be a plan for you.

Fantastic experience: Awesome workouts, definitely the place to get a sweat on. Suitable for all abilities as you can tailor the workout for yourself (I still trained while i was pregnant under the coaches supervision). You can choose a membership with coach led classes, use the open gym or both, plus there is a PAYG option if needed. The gym is quite in the day so you tend to get a private gym to yourself which is a bonus. You also get an app with all the workouts on incase you miss any & you can record your progress.
