Amaris Universe Fitness And Boxing Gym: Reviews
Reviews are the opinions of their authors. We do not verify that the author was a customer.
Negative experience: Absolutely pointless having some scanning device. The gym is never occupied its just there for show. Never any workers. Never open. But the lights and music is on. Wasting peoples time
Hey cole, the scanning device is still new, so course there is going to be some teething problems, you're review was left at 1.40pm which had staff on, that said, all you had to do was ring the door bell and you would of been seen to, or messaged us on insta/facebook and you would of been helped, the gym is ALWAYS open, your obviously new or you would have the app and would of accesed the facilities easy, like the rest of the members, we don't get how this wasting peoples time, most of, if not ALL gyms have access systems, this is to keep gym members and staff safe, along with not letting people just waltz in. We understand your frustration but leaving a negative review based on the new scanning device was very uncalled for, please message the Instagram page and we will arrange to meet you at the facility and show you how the new access system works, along with a free day pass and protein shake for the frustration caused.
Then you can leave a review based on the facility itself
Thanks
Amaris Universe

Thanks Guys. Means alot.
Fantastic experience: Was casually looking for a gym I can go to daily, the leisure centre was not cutting it but I came to amaris they're all very friendly, lovely staff, actually have snacks and drinks to buy, merchandise to buy, better machines were you can actually have better comfort, smarter machines were some of the machines you can turn the dial to add 5kg more or 7.5kg and great value for membership. I'm not the healthiest or fittest bloke but I enjoy coming here 6 days of the week to progress. If you need a gym that a home then Amaris is the one to go too.
thanks Gianfranco
