Fantastic experience: Sarah and the team are fantastic. Highly knowledgable, friendly and supportive. I had never trained with kettlebells before and was often worried about being judged for my fitness (or lack of) at gyms or military ‘boot camp’ style classes, however I have always felt very comfortable and encouraged, rather than pressured, with ReActive coaching. Sessions cater for all abilities and the FT30 is fun, super effective and time efficient. You can squeeze an amazing workout (and usually a chat and a laugh!) in your lunch break. Highly recommended and thank you for your continuing support!

Fantastic experience: In our initial consultation Sarah helped me figure out my goal of learning good form for five compound lifts: squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press and barbell row. For one month I took two classes per week. Sarah was precise on the movements which means I have learnt great form. Sarah is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer who is kind, understanding and encouraging. Four months after completing my sessions I am still lifting weights 2-3 times per week at my local gym. One month of private sessions with Sarah was an excellent investment and I feel very fortunate that Sarah was able to accommodate me.

Fantastic experience: I am on Sarah’s complete coaching programme and am loving it. I’m someone who’s never felt confident in the gym and have always been really inconsistent which doesn’t get results. Sarah’s 1 to 1 coaching has been great for me so far and I really look forward to every session and have noticed progress in my strength already after only a few weeks. The private setting is perfect for me and Sarah makes me feel really comfortable and in safe hands. I never thought I’d enjoy the gym but now I do and I can’t imagine doing it any other way.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the 10 week bootcamp with Sarah which was absolutely fab! Sarah is super knowledgable and really spends the time supporting you to achieve your goals!! During the course Sarah gave us full support outside of the sessions and was always approachable with any questions or for any advice! I can’t wait to continue achieving my goals with Sarah!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed a 10 week bootcamp with Sarah and I can’t recommend it more! If I could give more than 5 stars then I would! Sarah is absolutely amazing, supportive, incredibly passionate and knowledgable! I’d always been dubious of weight training but after the 10 weeks I’ve fallen in love with it! I’ve since signed up for more sessions with Sarah and cannot wait to start! If you’re thinking about signing up….do it! You won’t regret it

Fantastic experience: Starting working with Sarah a few weeks ago working towards a short term weight loss and she has been outstanding with the whole process and is so helpful inside and outside of sessions! Couldn't recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Sarah is an amazing PT! I always feel like I give my best performance with support from Sarah, she isn't pushy and won't shout at you like some pt's still manages to get your absolute best at every session.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Sarah back in April/May and haven’t looked back since. Sarah covered all bases in the consultation so she knew what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve from the start. I completely lack confidence to train in the gym on my own and Sarah has been amazing in building that confidence up and ensuring I’m reaching my goals. I love training with Sarah that much that me and my partner have both booked our second course of sessions. Sarah is passionate about what she does and that really comes across. creating a great atmosphere for you to train in, explaining things along the way and really tailors each session to how you are progressing and what works best for you as an individual. It’s made working out for me so much more fun than doing it on my own. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was amazing, listened to me and my goals asked me some simple questions regarding my lifestyle and eating habits, then gave me weekly programs on exercise and my macros. Which meant I didn't need to change my lifestyle and eating habits just do it better and in moderation, the end goal after 8 weeks I had lost 18lbs. More than 2 months later I am maintaining my weight and continuing to use Sarah's advice! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to make a change in life to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Reactive coaching has shown me such great improvement to my overall strength, mental health and nutrition. They train you in a way which is sustainable to the body, not battering you like previous HIT classes I’ve been to. It’s been lovely to be able to walk properly the next day! The nutrition element has actually been the most beneficial and it’s so much easier to stay on track when you have someone 1-1. It’s definitely set me up for much better eating habits going forward and better lifestyle choices. Would highly recommend! (Sarah is also great for a chat!)

Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed Sarah's group circuit training classes - circuits are varied, well balanced and she quickly guages an individuals level and adjusts/advises appropriately. She's incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and shares information in a very accessible manner. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend or rave about Sarah and Reactive Coaching enough. Most of all the never ending support and encouragement. There is no judgment from her, only support, knowledge and clear instruction. All of the plan is personal to you, based on your ability, level of fitness and what you actually like to do.I started a fat loss plan with her at the back end of January 2021 at 17.8st and now at July 2021 at 14.10st. I could just keep going on about her. If you are thinking of going with Reactive coaching, stop thinking and do it. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from Sarah and her team, they make you feel really welcome, train hard and have a good laugh - which is critical when the next set is looming and you think you have nothing left! They are super supportive for all elements of fitness and nutrition, nothing is too much to ask. Definitely recommend.
