Fantastic experience: Signed up for the beginner's course. I'm a runner but thought it would be good to add something different to my exercises... especially upper body...and quite fancy being able to do pull-ups Even in a month I can see and feel the difference! Lovely coaches, really good fun atmosphere, very encouraging and easy to join in, new things each week, really good teaching.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t know what calisthenics was but I’m a fan now! I’d been to gyms with PTs doing weights etc and thought I was doing well. Then I met Rick aka “pickle” and without knowing I was doing cali. For the first time I’m seeing great results - I’ve lost weight, strengthened my core, become stronger and improved my posture. Fantastic experience: My kids absolutely love these sessions. Is allowing them both to improve core strength and flexibility whilst also growing in confidence. Only problem is they now want me to learn to do a handstand! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Urban Calistancs, UK for a while. I can honestly say it's a great place to go and do calisthenics with out being judged by overs,friendly and accommodating is an understatement. The moment you walk through the door you are welcome with smiles and cheer. Fantastic experience: The coaches at Urban Calisthenics are fantastic, setting challenging but realistic exercises, and always showing variations to suit all levels. As a beginner, I like seeing what I'm working towards, but being able to practice beginner friendly moves which I can develop as I become stronger. The groups are always supportive and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out with Rick and Urban Calisthenics for a couple of years now and I can’t recommend him enough. Although I’ve been doing calisthenics for a while, Rick really upped the actual quality of my training and broke it down to the basics. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, my form is the best it’s ever been and I have been injury free (which is remarkable in your late 30s…). Fantastic experience: I’m relatively new to Cali, but Urban Calisthenics UK honestly feels like home. The coaches and community are so welcoming, no competition, just support and great vibes. Classes are the perfect balance between fun and learning. All the coaches are insightful and knowledgeable, making sure you train safely and at your own level. Cali classes run 7 days a week, so you can always fit one in. For those who want to do more than the classes, Rick also offers custom programmes to level up at your own speed. Everyone is out for each other, ego's are left at the door. Its the only place ive ever been where there is zero showing off or intimidation. Fantastic experience: Fab classes, Urban Calisthenics have built up a great team of knowledgeable coaches over the last few years and it really shows. The classes suit all abilities and the coaches are able to tailor each exercise to your skill level. After a long term injury I used to have a lot of anxiety about keeping up and not getting injured in fitness classes, but UC has really helped me build my confidence and go at my own pace.
