Kimura CrossFit^®

Fantastic experience: I wad brand new to crossfit. Thought about signing up a few times. Found out that Kimura wad opening up right round the corner from me so had no excuses. I signed up the first week that they opened after chatting to Leigh. I have been a gym goer on and off for years but olympic style lifting was new to me. The Ramp on classes were a great introduction to crossfit. They are challenging but its great to feel you are making progress after a few weeks of the WOD’s. All of the instructors are great and the gym has a nice friendly atmosphere. There are all different abilities and fitness levels in the gym (unfit dad bods like me ) theres no judgement! just a community encouraging each other to get fitter and stronger together. A lot of people think getting into CrossFit is expensive but when you break it down and realise you are getting amazing coaching at every session at Kimura CrossFit, its great value for money. You won’t regret signing up (except for Burpee days )

Fantastic experience: I was brand new to CrossFit when I started at Kimura CrossFit in July, and I have loved every moment since! From day one, the coaches and members were incredibly welcoming and supportive, creating a motivating and inclusive atmosphere. The workouts are always challenging but adaptable to all fitness levels, which has helped me push beyond my limits. Since joining, I’ve not only seen improvements in my fitness but also gained confidence and a sense of belonging. Fantastic experience: I have trained at different Crossfit boxes and a variety of fitness companies over the last 10 years in Aberdeen and I have honestly never felt more welcome than i have at Kimura. The coaches are friendly, helpful and create a great atmosphere to get fit both physically but more importantly, mentally. If you have not been past yet, you need too. This box is new and just getting started but watch this space, it is going to achieve great things

Fantastic experience: I was new to CrossFit (and to instructor-led fitness in general) before starting classes with Kimura, but I very quickly realised I had nothing to worry about. The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive, and they adapt each workout to the ability level of each participant. All ages and abilities are welcome, and I’ve really enjoyed my time there, it feels like a truly sustainable, long-term approach to fitness.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and friendly place to train and learn new skills. I was new to CrossFit when I joined and instantly felt comfortable with the coach led classes. Feeling fitter and stronger already after only a few weeks. I would definitely recommend this gym to anybody thinking about getting into CrossFit or Hyrox.

Fantastic experience: I did CrossFit years ago and this one appeared close to me and a few months in I’m fitter than I have been for years. Coaches are great, they push you while ensuring you are working on your technique. Great place to come and workout!

Fantastic experience: Has been a game changer for me! I can't fault my experience, the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and support me where I'm at. My running has vastly improved..which has been a surprising bonus!!
