Muay Thai, or Thai boxing, is the art of 8 limbs, and comes from Thailand 

We combine, fists, elbows, knees and kicks. It is considered by many to be the hardest martial arts sport in the world.

You can lose upto 1,000 calories in one session, and is ideal for males and females, to lose weight gain fitness and learn a self defence art. In classes or 121 sessions.


classes are special designed for juniors, 7 years and up.
