Fantastic experience: I have been going to KWPT for 3 years now, which speaks volumes in itself. I have rarely stuck at a gym for more than 6 months, before boredom set in. With Kat, I train 3 times a week in a small group and each session is different. Every session has a variety of exercises, which are demonstrated and explained to us. Kat is very professional at instructing us in fitness and food with the balanced atmosphere of fun but focused training. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to train with a PT either one to one or in a small group.
