Negative experience: Hello, I received this letter from you today. This is my address as written in the letter. Why should I change my GP? My previous GP kicked me out of his system. If the medical system in this city cannot support me, tell me what my role is in this country.
Negative experience: Received a voicemail to call them with a reference number. Cannot get through to anyone on the automated number as being told cannot transfer call or send message to the person who called. Whats the point. Left worrying and with no assistance
