Fantastic experience: Caroline is an excellent teacher. Always positive and willing to accommodate individual needs within her classes. Always a friendly atmosphere. Cannot overstate the effectiveness of pilates in terms of maintaining flexibility and core strength!

Fantastic experience: I have been doing Pilates with Caroline for over 11 years. For someone who doesn't like exercise I love Pilates. My core stability has improved, my flexibility and strength have been improved significantly. Caroline in an excellent teacher she is patient and thorough making sure you are in the correct position for the exercise. She is very knowledgeable and patient and adaptable. Pilates does me good I see and feel the benefits, so much so that Pilates is part of every day. Thank you Caroline x

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Caroline's classes now for 10 years, ever since returning to Sheffield. She has seen me through hip replacement, broken arms and the usual aging process the body insists on doing !! Absolutely brilliant, I always feel better after class, feel more in charge of my movements, knowing what I should be doing even if I sometimes forget !! Thank you Caroline, really feel I wouldn't be as flexible as I am now without your thoughtful guidance.

Fantastic experience: I came to Caroline’s weekly class at nearly 80, with the usual aches and stiffness associated with old age. Under her expertise, laced with much charm, my flexibility and core strength have improved noticeably.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Caroline's Pilates classes for a couple of years now and it really has been transformational in terms of reducing pain from lower back arthritis and chronic (ie 30 years!) sciatica as I have so much less pain than I had before. Building my core strength has also made a difference and makes me more confident around avoiding falling ten years on from breaking my hip. Would v much recommend Caroline's classes; lovely atmosphere and a lot of care and attention to make sure we all get as close as we can to getting it right!

Fantastic experience: In the eighteen months I have been doing Pilates in Caroline’s classes my flexibility, strength and balance have improved, joint aches and pains have eased and I’ve had no sciatica. Pilates exercise is gentle and yet challenging (when done correctly). I find it is all too easy to think I’m doing the exercises correctly when actually I’m not. In Caroline’s classes she gives clear demonstrations of what is and is not to be done in each exercise and guides you through as you do them. Her classes have a friendly atmosphere and provide a well structured programme of exercise with a progression in complexity. Caroline’s teaching is excellent and I consider her classes are good value for money.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Caroline's class for over 9 years and I'm sure it's doing me the world of good! She tailors the exercises to our needs, always checking our positions to ensure we gain the most benefit. I feel strong and flexible as a result. I can still get down on to the floor to play with my Grandson, and get up again without too much effort. The classes definitely help retain your core strength, balance and flexibility.

Fantastic experience: Caroline North is a 5 star teacher of Pilates. I have been attending her classes for several years and benefit from her deep understanding of Pilates movement and her motivating enthusiasm to share her knowledge. I particularly like how Caroline explains and demonstrates moves and takes time to check we each have the correct posture to get maximum benefit. I always leave her classes in a positive mood; more confident and stronger both physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant! As a former military diver and expedition leader my body has suffered a few knocks. Now in my later years they have started to catch up! Caroline has been instrumental in keeping me supple and moving. Her attention to form and adapting exercises to suit my needs is second to none. Even with her depth of expertise she continues to invest in her CPD to share new techniques and skills with her clients. I can’t recommend Caroline enough - a real cut above the rest and a really lovely and funny lady. Investing in Caroline is investing in yourself.

Fantastic experience: Caroline is an exceptional teacher with a wide knowledge of Pilates and movement therapy- I thoroughly enjoy our reformer and stretch sessions they really help me unwind and feel great. Caroline can adapt her skills for clients of any level and I can’t recommend her enough!
