Fantastic experience: Regular Thursday booking for 5v5 smoothly run for decades. The holiday clubs are absolutely amazing, both us love it, do a variety of sports and are in a self and welcoming space. Great asset for the town run wonderfully by the team they have there.

Fantastic experience: Took my son swimming today, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The changing area was clean and Sanitary. I would prefer a covered shower area to fully shower off after the pool, but that can't be helped. I was even loaned a pair of arm bands, so I didn't have to buy any without knowing whether my son would be OK in the pool or not. The lifeguards appeared to be paying attention and ensuring everyone's safety. Some signs were a little small, and as I can't swim with my glasses on, I couldn't read the sign and had to rely on my partner to tell me if I was breaking any rules. The pool was at a very comfortable temperature and I really didn't want to get out. A very pleasant visit

Fantastic experience: I learned to swim here 30 ish years ago and now we are teaching our kids. A small but friendly place.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed, went for a swim with my 2 young sons, one does splash lessons in another local pool and as he does lessons should get free swimming, but as he does splash lessons not wave lessons and they don't get put on a system they will not give him free swimming. Also they told us they don't open until 11 everyday, could not believe this what about early swimmers? Then the changing rooms, they are tiny, open plan, we had pushchair but with the 4 of us this takes up most the room, another family of 1 adult and 3 kids came both of us having babies and it was a squeeze.

Positive experience: Really lovely, friendly, school-based leisure centre in Ysgol Calon Cymru. (Heart of Wales school). I enjoyed a swim at 7.15 pm on a Friday evening and it was quiet. The water temperature was comfortably warm and the showers recently updated. However the changing rooms (separate male / female) are fairly small, and open plan, so it might be cosy when it gets busy. Staff are very friendly, and £3.50 for an adult swim (March 2019) was good value. Plentiful parking, but an easy 10-15 minute walk from the Centre of town, South side of the railway station, but not well sign posted.

Negative experience: Sports hall floor has unresolved condensation problem via floor ventilation . It makes the floor slipperier than ice if the weather conditions are just so. Frustrating.

Negative experience: There is currently a serious problem with their booking system, double bookings are a regular feature. Diary entries are completely chaotic. It's just not working.

Negative experience: A pool and a sports hall barely makes it a sports centre. No gym no squash courts. And when you want to use the school is !!!
