Negative experience: Terrible experience and the venue was unclean and stank

Fantastic experience: A fun, friendly yet effective place to exercise, that offers fresh, new and motivating ways to get fit. Including classes for anyone, whether it be with kettlebells, trampolines, bikes, boxing ... there's so much to choose from. You can book single classes online, but becoming a member is great value which is recommend. Overall, this is a very positive place for all types of people, with a great instructor and effective ways to keep fit.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic new friendly fitness studio! Lisa offers a great variety of classes and is constantly updating what she offers to keep us motivated. Highly recommended.
