Negative experience: Well what can I say that's positive nothing the swimming pool has been freezing cold for weeks pool being closed because to many chemicals put into the swimming pool this is health club is the worst I've ever been to do not waste your money in this place. It's terrible

Negative experience: Visited as a hotel guest, no padlocks provided for the lockers so had to take our belongings poolside. The pool tiles are dirty with a line of scum at the water line and shower gel smelt like alcohol in an unappealing dispenser labeled "British Chemical Products".

Negative experience: The spa facilities are closed including the indoor pool until roughly May 2023 for refurbishment I am led to believe.

Positive experience: This is not a hilton anymore. It is now bespoke. Just Avisford Park Hotel now. Due to recent events the facilities are not available right now, but do not despair as it is looking promising for the future. So enquire about future membership. Has a lovely external pool as well. Go look.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful location & very relaxing stay. Lovely friendly staff.......Will definitely be returning. No health club facilities open thou which was a shame.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and staff with some good facilities. In addition to the gym the membership includes Squash Court, Tennis Courts, two swimming pools one inside and out. Steam room and Sauna. There are many classes which are included within the membership and the staff are informative and knowledgeable but most importantly happy to help at all times.

Fantastic experience: Lovely Club and lovely staff to match! The gym had everything I needed for a workout and was quiet considering it was peak time. No fighting for gym equipment! The pool and sauna area are lovely and extremely well maintained by the staff. I stayed at the hotel for a wedding and was lucky that the weather was beautiful and had a dip in the outdoor pool which was really pleasant.

Negative experience: Nice staff, but the gym is so so bad equipment is just a joke and the towels look like there from 1976.

Negative experience: Small, dirty and staff standing around and watching you while in gym, very uncomfortable. At one point there had been three staff members standing and talking in the gym, which is very very small so made it uncomfortable when working out. Stale water outside steam room, which looked to have not been cleaned in a while. Green mould. Also the changing rooms had dirty towels and robes everywhere, loads of hair all round the shower and the shower smelt of urine. Dirty glasses on sink too. When leaving, I approached the gym staff and explained my concerns. I received a lot of attitude and told that people should bring towels back to reception..... OK but the changing rooms should be checked regularly. I won't be recommending.
