Negative experience: Visited today and very disappointed. The pool area and the toilets was dirty and very smelly.

Fantastic experience: Full body massage booked for a birthday. They were very flexible on the type of massage etc, and the recipient was very pleased with it.

Fantastic experience: Really good amenities everything clean and relaxing atmosphere. The steam room was a winner for me with essential oils diffused. The freezing cold dipping pool was a nice addition too.

Positive experience: The floor in the ladies changing room needs washing. There are still stains on the floor that were there on Friday. What happened to the covid cleaning regime that we were promised? There is less cleaning done now than there was before covid. The lockers should also be wiped down, particularly the handles. The public leisure centres do it, why don't you?

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. Was trying to book spa day as advertised on they website for our wedding anniversary. Two days nobody picked up the phone, send several emails, no reply. Finally after two days somebody picked up the phone today at 12:30pm. The person who picked up the phone was rude, said that they don't provide spa days, even it's advertised on they website. She doesn't know nothing about it and basically she doesn't care about what is on the website. I can only imagine what kind of service they provide. Avoid!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love coming to Amida Spa! I get my eyelash extensions here and the girls are so lovely, They’re so full of knowledge and I cannot help but buy things every time I go! Such amazing products! To sum up, amazing range of services, lovely ladies, so tranquil Can’t wait for my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the girls at Amida Spa! Had a massage with Beth last night and it was fab! Natalie is my go to girl for Spray Tans and Karuna for a Murad Facial! Love my treatments always and the overall experience is so relaxing from start to finish. Get booking!

Negative experience: I couldn’t agree with you more jenny edwards and princes rose. Thank you princes rose for your review when you say that the manager doesn’t reply to customer emails, you did save my time writing one. Their customer service is definitely got worst. I booked for a treatment and they wrongly booked for another. So I wasted almost 2 hours going there and back home plus travel costs for nothing. They offered me ONLY 2.70£ DISCOUNT which of course I don't find it satisfactory. When I said that I wanted to be contact by the manager they wrote down a note with my contacts (they have phone number and email address in their system). In the same time I booked 2 more treatment to show them my goodwill. After more than 3 weeks I haven't received any communication from the manager yet. I really feel angry, frustrated and unvalued. This is very poor customer service. I will never go back to them again. I wanted to book 4 treatment a month for 3 months (a total of 12 treatment) but I will spend my money somewhere else where I feel valued.

Negative experience: Well today I wanted to speak to the manager at the Amida spa .All I wanted is to find out if I could rent a room there for cosmetic aestetic treatment / Botox Dermal fillers chemical perls/ She pretend to be so bussy.I wated patiently and she wrote her e mail address which you cant read.I try to ask for clear e mail .She stoped me did not give me a chance to even speak.What a professional manager. Very rude and agressive with a fake smile. So unprofessional.So disrespectfull. I sent a few e mails in the past no one replyed. I didnt want to rate at all but I had to put one stat in order to review

Negative experience: I repeatedly tried to book an apt by phone but no reply, only asked to leave a message and someone would call back. They never did. Eventually asked for a refund on the voucher I was to use which was a gift. Refund eventually agreed but still took conversation with operations manager and spa manger and general manager before refund happened. Diabolical service so disrespectful. This service deserves no stars at all but I had to tick one in order to get this review posted
