Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for a while now, couldn’t recommend more. Helpful staff, and usually very quiet in the evenings which is a plus!

Fantastic experience: Spirit Health Club Guildford is a fantastic place to work out and unwind. The gym is clean and well-equipped, the pool and spa are a real bonus, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. With a great range of classes. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Positives Staff pleasant. Not too busy. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Towels provided Negatives Everything needs a good clean. Very tired, broken tiles in showers everywhere looks dirty always hair on floor. Sauna has inground dirt between slats. Limited equipment. All in all this could be a lovely gym but desperately needs updating as it is very tired which leads to it being dirty.

Positive experience: No jacuzzi & has been awaiting repair for years! Gym & sauna & steamroom is pk though & clean!!!

Negative experience: Run by somebody's kids but they are very nice kids, equipment sometimes faulty, changing rooms run down and needs updating in both men's and women's. Steam Room has a mouldy odor that is hard to put up with, sauna great, spa needs a good clean and repaint, pool admits too many children all around the clock. This seems more like a family faculty and constantly inconvenient for single and adults. £10 to use health facilities no matter the time limits, 50p for towels, and parking should be included as you spent over 10 pound. So expensive for a smelly, kid risen, outdated facilty

Negative experience: Staff are ok if you don’t ask them to do anything extra such as keeping an appointment. If staff rota is changed they don’t tell you that your appointment has been cancelled until you arrive nor do they get another staff member to step in. This happened to me 3 times in 4 months. Less time spent chatting to each other behind the reception desk, as well as larking about and checking their diary for the day wouldn’t go amiss. Customer Service consists of smiling at you from behind the desk when you arrive and not much else. So........I’m off. Goodbye

Positive experience: Lovely friendly staff in the health club. Small gym with basic equipment, needs a bit of updating. Didn't use the pool but looks ok. Free parking for health club users, including Hussle pass etc.

Fantastic experience: What a find! Small, friendly, quiet, reasonably priced and local with a brilliant Pilates class at the times I can do. Perfect.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and inviting health club with amazing facilities. Its the one gym where I've not felt uncomfortable working out. There is a number of different machines in the gym, brilliant range of classes, a lovely pool, Jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable and are always ready to help. I would recommend this health club to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: great gym with a great team that work together friendly kind and out going plus they go out of their way to help beauty treatment girls again very friendly to with wide range of treatments amazing swimming teacher that's great with the kids that take them from a 1 year old the place is clean and tidy with nice large towels to keep you warm after a swim or shower wide range of classes personal training in a great gym

Fantastic experience: This really is a great gym to go to. The staff here are incredible, enthusiastic and helpful and also extremely knowledgeable so can answer any questions you may have. The actual gym is full of all the equipment you need to have a really good workout. Add the swimming pool and other health club facilities and you've got yourself a fantastic gym to be apart of, couldn't rate it any higher and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I personally feel this is a great gym for a workout and the classes are awesome! The staff are friendly, encourage you all the way if you need motivation and couldn't be more helpful if you have any questions or queries, they really do put the 'spirit' into the place! Would highly recommend this health club to anybody.
