Negative experience: Please proceed with caution. I attended the clinic in December 2022 and March 2023. I had an extremely terrible adverse reaction on the last visit. I believe this was due to equipment that had not been properly sterilised. I notified Liz about this and kindly asked for a refund. I have been trying to get a refund of the deposit for my third treatment (which I did not attend due to the reaction) for over a year but this has not been forthcoming! I am now in the process of applying for my money via the small claims court! I would not recommend to anyone unfortunately.

She is extremely hygienic, professional, friendly, experienced, trustworthy and confident in what she does. I like that Liz has a nursing background so is always happy to help me / answer any health issues that I have. I totally trust Liz, the advice that she gives and her colonics. Second to none!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. Liz was very unprofessional, rude, and her practice is filthy. I've had many colonics before, and decided to give hers a go. Should've know from when I booked with her, from how rude she was - that her level of service would be as disgusting. The bed was soaking wet from her last patient, her towels were so old and she literally leaned right on me whilst I was being flushed out. If that wasn't uncomfortable enough, I then noticed there was faeces on the floor as she had let the tank overflow. I would AVOID at all costs. Terrible service. Disgusting practice.
