Fantastic experience: We celebrated my daughter's birthday here this year. She had a great time with all her classmates. There were enough staff members. The staff were very helpful in decorating the room, cutting the cake etc. As a meticulous mother, I was genuinely surprised to see how little the socks they used were soiled. It was a lovely choice for the children to burn off their energy for a few hours.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all at JumpIn Camberley. My wife booked a session for our 13 year old son's birthday and 4 friends. Lucy and Leah couldnt do enough for the boys, ensuring they all had socks, knew what to do. When it came to food and drinks again they made them all very happy, including going to extra mile to get the slushie requested.

Fantastic experience: Good active fun for kids and adults alike. Nice that there is seating area within the actual trampoline area. Free drinking water and cups is a great addition for thirsty kids. Would definitely visit again!

Positive experience: Great morning out for the toddler takeover session. Especially with the September offer, however the food is very expensive. We paid £4 for two tiny slices of toast when it was advertised as £1.95 for two? I could have brought 4 loafs of bread and fed the entire venue with toast for that. I would strongly advise to just bring your own food.

Positive experience: Went today for the first time with my 18 month old for toddler takedown session. Overall it was good but it can have some really easy fixes ti make it a much better experience. Since it was our first time I had to buy the grip socks for it, my size was fine but they didnt have anything the size for my son, so I was told. Afterwards I saw several other children his age with fitting socks. I found this annoying as it is something I have paid for so if available I would like to have gotten the correct size. The next issue is yes. Theres a safety locker to put your stuff but it is paid for, exactly what you want to see on your day, another price tag. I found this off putting as a lone parent with my kid and had to always divide my attention between my property and my child. Just an unnecessary distraction really. My third issue with the day was its as if the staff dont actually know how toddlers work. Yes the instructions say 1 person per trampoline, however it is much safer for my 18 month old who does not know how to even jump let alone comprehend the safety video. With me on the trampoline with him I can ensure hes not running into other people, prevent other children from running into him, and also give him the correct confidence to experience a new activity. I was not the only person the staff spoke to about this. If this is an issue for it then why is it open from the ages of 1 years old? Do the staff fully understand the capabilities of the average 1 year old? Overall it was a fun morning for my son and I and it did great in tiring him out for the morning. All the outlined problems I had could easily be fixed. Stock the right size socks and other equipment you might be lacking for other activities for all the ages you welcome on site, also check the stock if that is the case which is what didnt happen for me I suspect. Have similar locker styles to swimming pools when you can put in a pound and get a wrist key for your locker, or have it controlled by the staff at the counter. Plenty if alternatives to it really. For the toddler takedown devise safety rules more befitting parent and child. The best safety option for a young child will always to be having their parent with them. They are their safety net and I'm sure theres ways you can incorporate that into the activity, something as simple as what I was doing with my child where I wouldnt jump on the trampoline but made it bouncy for him so he could have fun, as an example. Again, this is my experience and what I had issues with and how I would fix them if I was over it. Would I go again? Yes, it was a fun day out and my son enjoyed it, however this points would prevent me from regularly going to it or recommending it as something more than an experience to try.

Fantastic experience: Had our daughter’s 5th birthday party here. Staff were amazing, there’s lot of variation for the kids (softplay, inflatable area, trampolines and slides). Pizzas were decent, would highly recommend!

Negative experience: Purchased 3 summer passes that I was told I could use up to and including 5th September only for the hours to change on September 3rd meaning I wasted 4 jumps and I couldn’t attend the revised hours. Tried to talk to customer services who instead of admitting their mistake tried to blame me instead.

Fantastic experience: Lovely Trampoline Park, various activities at this place. Staff are really friendly. Only thing I can fault is the seating area as you are unable to see you children etc from the area. This could be improved. Otherwise recommend a visit!!

Negative experience: I am here to complain about Ella a very disrespectful manager. I have personally seen her disrespect her own staff and when i tried to complain about an issue she showed below average interest and ended up not even addressing my complaint entirely. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a co-worker at any industry as a paying customer

Fantastic experience: So my review is only based on.a SEN session , as I have not visited on a every day session. So we come every Monday for the SEN 6-7 slot. Now my favourite thing is they do ask for proof some times. Which means it's good as not normally that busy , which suits my son. There is good free parking. Very nice friendly staff. Very clean toilets and food areas. I love this place as my son can burn off lots of energy and stim and enjoy himself with out being judged. I would highly recommend this centre for all children. Its good kids and adults can jump there excess energy out. Easy to find. Tad annoying about air con. But we just dress sensible on hot days.

Negative experience: I would not recommend going to the softplay here. £10 for 1 hour worth of play and it has got to be one of the most rubbish softplays I have taken my nearly 2 and a half year old. It states it is for under 6 which I thought was great but there were clearly 10 plus year olds in there running around and climbing up the slides. The lady at the desk when we checked in didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing asking us if we had watched the safety video and to buy some socks neither of which applied to us. There wasn't enough seating and the place seemed very chaotic and it seemed to be run by teenagers. Drinks were reasonably priced which was good but I would not come here again.

Fantastic experience: My child had a birthday party here and she had the best time! Big shout out to Chloe, Ella, Lola and the whole management team for making the experience so easy and fun! They couldn’t have been more kind and nothing was too much to ask. 10/10 will be coming back soon!!!

Emma the party host was brilliant, attentive, gave clear instructions to the kids, we didn't have to ask for anything she had it all under control. The other staff were really helpful. Great team work. Generally clean. Kids all had a great time.

Negative experience: Expensive!! This place would be great but unfortunately its extremely expensive particularly the tickets and the food they sell. They make you buy socks before you can enter! They only let you stay in for an hour...really not good value for money in my book . Oh they even charge you to use one of their lockers to store your valuables. Rip off if you ask me.

Positive experience: Always a hit with our twelve - and ten year olds. We've been visiting since they were small. There's plenty of fun and great exercise. The place could do with a bit of polish here and there, but it's fair overall. The staff are all youngsters and appear a little inexperienced at times. It's easy to make allowances for that as they progress. Or they may well be students.

Negative experience: EDITING BECAUSE OF MY LAST EXPERIENCE . Two visits, completely different experience when visiting alone: IN JUNE, alone: My son was injured while using the trampolines, and I approached a staff member for assistance in finding an ice pack. Despite several staff members being present and not visibly occupied, I was told to go to the reception desk myself. This meant I had to carry my injured son and all our belongings out to reception while trying to manage his pain. I believe a better level of service would have been for one of the staff members to retrieve the ice pack or offer more direct assistance. I would also expect that staff on-site have at least basic first aid training and are prepared to help in situations like this. IN JANUARY, birthday party: We celebrated my son's 6th birthday here with 15 excited kids, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, we were so well taken care of, especially by Neha, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She checked on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed. We had rushed into the party room, leaving everything in a bit of chaos, but by the time the jump session ended, we returned to find it beautifully tidied and organized. Neha even decorated the cake so wonderfully and cut it with such precision—I don’t think I could have done it better myself! Her attention to detail and thoughtful gestures truly made the party stress-free and so special. Thank you, Neha, for making this birthday celebration absolutely perfect!

Negative experience: Poorly managed play area with Staff not attentive to kids playing. Saw a number of children injured because of the lack of attention from staff. Shame to the duty managers working.

Fantastic experience: Took my 4 kids ranging from 13-4 year old and they loved it, as did I, a 33 male. Fun-filled for the whole 90 minutes. Definitely on the agenda to go again in the summer holidays.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing never seen a place with so much for kids to do. It's cheaper than the guildford one and jam packed full of so much more. Very well priced with easy parking my children loved it.

Fantastic experience: This has to be one of the best trampoline parks I have been to in a long time. Roughly 2hrs for £20 which is a reasonable price for trampolining. On top of trampolining there are loads and loads of things to do from a huge soft play area that has multiple levels with different activities to keep the kids entertained, as well as a huge trampoline area with slanted trampolines, box trampolines and a long tumble track for flip tricks, my only gripe being that the tumble track does need a bit of tlc (maybe some new springs or a new mat), there is even a bouncy castle set up for kids to go on on top of everything else this park has. I have noticed that for some reason a lot of peoples photos are not of the actual park and of other parks which is odd, so don't take the photos in this review section as fact. Always check out the website. Refreshments are sold on site and are a little bit pricey but nothing to extreme that you wouldn't want to buy food and drink, I got tap water for free and bought some expresso shots which was a nice energy boost. Would highly recommend this Jump In trampoline park over the one in Esher!

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here for her 10th birthday, she loves the place. Best to book for an hour or if ordering snacks, book for 1 1/2 hour's so you can sit down and eat the food. Was nice and quiet on a Tuesday evening which was super, it gets really busy at the weekend's as it's very popular! Staff are nice and everything was clean and tidy. Equipment was all in good order & well maintained looking at it all (I'm an engineer by profession). I had a good time as I sat down and ordered hotdogs and chips which I enjoyed! I can't participate as I've broken both of my ankles 2 year's ago so a bit risky to jump about as ligaments and tendons are still healing up.

Fantastic experience: We often attend Jump In as my son has ADHD and has tonnes of energy so he really enjoys it here. It's his birthday today so he chose to come here with his older sister (who didn't feel well-bad cold). It was very quiet today so my son was excited to have more space to jump. Liv, the Supervisor, was jumping and doing different moves on the main jumping area and my son was trying to copy. I asked for Liv to show him a few moves and she didn't hesitate to get back to the main area and show him some moves and also watch what he could do too. She was so polite, friendly and encouraging towards him, it was so lovely to see and meant a lot to us. She even offered him to go to the wipeout zone where he was with Liv and a few other staff. My son had the most amazing time with her and she made his birthday that extra bit special. She even gave him a free slushie to take home. Thank you Liv, and the kind manager that I spoke to for being so kind and understanding. We need more people like you both in the world. We will see you again soon. Thank you so much!

Positive experience: Helpful staff on hand who were able to address the couple of issues that I had whilst on site. Parking is available but it's definitely first come first served. In my opinion the £20 per person for a 90 minute free bounce is overall expensive. Trampoline park itself was great fun with all equipment working and available for use. However, some areas are looking tired and wear have all the dodgeballs gone? We enjoyed ourselves and would go again, but the cost definitely forces me to consider other entertainment venues.

Fantastic experience: Held my brothers 5th birthday here with the help of the staff, Amelia, she was welcoming and kind and my brother had great fun playing with his friends. Amelia provided a safe place for all the kids and my family and helped us a lot with setting things up and made sure my brother had the most perfect day. No complaints at all as everyone enjoyed themselves thanks to the staff and the place.

Negative experience: *UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM* This place isn’t even worth 1 star. I am still yet to be contacted with regards to a refund. DO NOT BOOK A PARTY WITH THEM. Save your money, go somewhere else. I booked a party for my son’s birthday. We had invited not many children and the price was ridiculous but he desperately wanted a trampolining party and this one was convenient for the parents to travel to. From start to finish the services was appalling. ALL members of staff were rude and arrogant. Greeted with no pleasant faces, were spoken to rudely and treated as if we were a problem being there. The woman who was “hosting” our party was looking very busy and rushed off her feet but was seen standing around talking for the majority of time. She was very blunt and rude towards not only myself but other mum’s of the children who attended the party. Even when much help was offered. I helped prepare the children with socks and getting them lined up ready to jump. Instead of interacting with the children and trying to make it fun (like it should be) she was shouting abruptly at them the whole time. The place was filthy!!!!!! Jugs of water and juice provided were filled with an oily substance. All children refused to drink. Absolutely disgusting and not acceptable. Every other table and chairs were covered in sticky drinks, wrappers and crumbs. Our guests had nowhere to sit. The party room was right besides the toilets which as you can imagine STUNK. With a smell that bad I’d be shocked to know if they’d ever been cleaned. The food was suppose to be presented to the children half an hour towards the end of the party. Their food didn’t come out until 15 minutes before the end, they were then rushed by the host again and told within 5 minutes that if they’d finished their food (their plates were still full) they could get up and put their shoes back on. To which a few people told their children to not worry about rushing and that they were perfectly fine to carry on finishing their dinners. Of course I made a complaint to the manager to which I was offered a free jump pass to come back which in my opinion after everything is an insult. She forwarded everything on to the “operations manager” which took a week to hear back from, he asked for some time to review the emails passed back and forth from his team and I, which I respectfully said yes too and yet I am STILL waiting for a reply back now. This whole incident happened in January!!!! (We are now in March) Absolutely disgusting!!! There are many, many more things that we had to experience that evening and not one person from their team are holding themselves accountable. They have not yet given me my money back and they’re continuing to ignore my emails now. ADOID AT ALL COST. I’ll be taking this MUCH further. UPDATE - since this review I have now been contacted by the operations manager with a sincere apology and everything has been resolved.

Fantastic experience: Good fun but very loud and busy at peak times. Visited at 11am on a Sunday, was quieter by 1pm. Daughter loved it. Food wasn't too bad either. Stick to pizzas, can't go wrong.

Negative experience: Came today and the tables were dirty and not cleaning for 90 mins! Toilets dirty no loo roll! To top it off it was freezing as there was a heating problem and no discount offered but seems looking at comments it’s often freezing! For £40 a lot needs sorting out.

Fantastic experience: Held our sons 4th birthday here today and have to say the service was excellent. Despite having to be there at 8.30 on a Sunday morning to check in the young lady, Jess that greeted and hosted us really couldn't have been more helpful or polite to parents and kids alike. Only issue we had was that it was very cold in the main jumping/play areas and the crusts on the party sandwiches were so rock hard they were inedible but overall it was great value for 10 kids and parents and the friendliness and attention we received from our host Jess was second to none and made you forget about the other small issues 10 out of 10

Negative experience: ⛔️ Booked in. Had to change date, which they did. Then couldn’t do so requested refund. Emailed x 6 and got no response even from manager. I know email worked as where I requested original change of date.

Fantastic experience: Went there for the toddler session on Wednesday morning , we were there for just under two hours my grandsons both had a brilliant time, it wasn’t too busy so no worrying about bigger children being boisterous so was very relaxing and we left with two very tired young boys

Negative experience: The trampolines themselves are okay and fun, but all facilities are horrible. Toilets not clean and very old, require renovation. Staff are rather inexperienced and slow. But today they even exceeded their own usual poor service. It was freezing cold inside and at the buffet, the only hot food available was pizza with a waiting time of 90 min !! A complete joke and very unprofessional. We ended up eating crisps and m&ms chattering our teeth after our session

Negative experience: Are son has additional needs. Coming to the trampoline park allows him burn some energy off in an environment which is safe. Our son’s cognitive abilities are poor so we have to pay a lot of attention to what he’s doing and ensure other kids are safe. Due to how he is we have to be on same trampoline as him (however we are not jumping or participating to ensure he is safe and other kids are safe). I get continually asked by the staff not to be on the same trampoline as my child. I understand why they say this. And they are doing there job and ensuring the safe guarding measures are met in that environment. However I do see other disabled children with carers which have a more obvious disability and they are left alone. I feel the staff need a bit more training with disabilities and ones that aren’t so obvious. I don’t need to be spoken to like a child because they feel I’m ignoring them, despite the fact I remind them what I'm doing and why.

Negative experience: Went here today with my son. Under new ownership. After 40 minutes of jumping was told we needed to queue up and buy new socks as we were wearing Gravity Force socks. I pointed out that we were wearing the old socks on all the exact same equipment and, with respect, I wasn't going to queue up to buy the same things in a different colour. Staff were unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Get all new equipment and update your waivers and I'll buy new socks.

Negative experience: Had a birthday party for my 9 years old. She ended up in hospital having to wear a boot cast after a teenager jumped across trampolines and ended righ next my kid and causing the injury whilst there are number of staff supposedly watching to help avoiding these sorts of accidents busy chatting.. almost feels like you signed the waiver and we got no responsibility policing the area and warning kids behaving acting against the all the safety rules they show at the beginning. Especially big kids. No recognition follow up from the company during or after. Definitely not going back, and word of advice to parents.watch your kid if they are young as staff and management seems useless.

Fantastic experience: My children loved playing here. They were entertained for an hour and half and absolutely knackered when finished. The tables got cleaned promptly when people left. There was good, friendly service when we arrived and also when we purchased drinks and ice cream. The toilets could have done with being a bit cleaner and the prices of food and snacks was high.

Negative experience: Disgusting price which the special grip socks should be included in. My wife couldn't afford the grips socks. Initially was offered to rebook the session when she could afford the socks. Then they went back on it & said not possible to rebook. No refund offered either. Complained & again was offered to rebook with free of charge socks offered. Responded to their email but never heard back. Got fed up & just asked for our money back. Still not heard back. This place is an absolute joke that needs better staff training so they are all on the same page. Not one saying yes then one saying no. Place isn't kept as clean as when it used to be gravity force either. And finally the car park & area is dangerous for children too. Left with 2 disappointed upset children & we're out of pocket. We will not return.

Positive experience: Came here on Sunday with 2 6yr olds a 2yr old, wife and couple of friends. The kids loved the facilities. The soft play was good and the trampoline area was great. There were some other areas as well - the inflatable areas were popular with the kids also. But I have to say, food area was really poor. The menu is really basic, and yet it still took an hour for a few toasties and jacket potatoes to come out. Lots of parties was the excuse given. Don't take the bookings, and money, if you don't have the resources to service them. My cheese toastie was rock hard. Over cooked and probably made with the same stale bread they fed my 2yr old for her cheese sandwich. I have a mouth ulcer from where the solid rock toastie scraped the roof of mouth! Then the sandwich for my 2yr old; 2 clearly stale slices of bread with cheese stuffed in it. Wrapped shabbily in cling film (see pic). So awful. On top of this, the floor was littered with bits of food. Not very hygienic considering you are obviously asked to walk about in socks to use the facilities. Our table was not bussed for about an hour after we finished eating. On top of this, there was no soap in men's toilet the whole time we were there from 11.30 to 3. The notice says toilet was checked at 11am that day. Clearly not very well. I was at urinal and these young boys were using sink behind me and one says to the other "there's never any soap in here..". 3 stars instead of 2 as the kids seemed to really enjoy it. You guys have good activities for kids here. Sort yourselves out.

Negative experience: Terrible cost me 22 pounds for 2 x toddlers for one hour and half way through my session was told i had to buy grippy socks or leave an an extra cost yo which i refused and said rhey should have told me when i was paying upon entry they then said they would refund me. By the time I got to the till for refund I was told as I was over half an hour into the session that I wouldn't be able to get any refund and to either buy the socks or leave. I would never go back! Grippy socks should be included in the price or it should be made crystal clear up entering!

Fantastic experience: It’s our first visit. Love that adults are free for supervision. Environment is clean. Music is a bit too loud. Would definitely come again.

Negative experience: I should have looked at reviews before getting any food. Bought a donut, it was stale and hard as a rock which is concerning for the £3+ that it costs. Between the seating area on the base level and the seating area on the upper level, there is a no entry sign on the stairs connecting the two yet both areas are available for people to use. This meant that to get to the upper area, I had to carry two cups of hot coffee and donut I purchased around the trampoline area to reach the upper area. An area of which is being used by kids (naturally) to use the trampolines. When I asked the staff why the no entry sign was up, they could not really give me a suitable answer. Will not be bringing my kids here again, that is for certain.

Negative experience: It’s awful. I won’t come again. Not only do they not have enough parking and take booking for way too many people that don’t allow for any space - meaning some of the time paid for is spent trying to actually park there. But there is also hardly any seating. I spent nearly £60 for a two hour session to have no where to sit with a 4 month old baby. They accept more bookings than they should, meaning an extra busy environment which creates more risk. My son is autistic and I had no where to just sit where he could find me. The staff were unhelpful. You’re better off saving your money because softplay areas are much cheaper and more accommodating. Awful experience.

Positive experience: Jumping for kids is good. Food an issue but pizza was raw and not cooked. Hotdog was like a brick and cheesy chips stuck together and dry. Complained about pizza and did replace with a better cooked one.

Fantastic experience: Had a party here and kids loved it! Really helpful and friendly staff and all I had to do was bring a cake! Will definitely have a party here again.

Fantastic experience: Regular visitors with the grandchildren. The staff every time are friendly and welcoming. They are safety aware and implement the safety processes. They talk to people kindly when a hazard. The interactions with the children the staff have is warming. They'll "play" showing the children safely how to climb, slide, bounce and so on, building confidence. It feels safe.

Fantastic experience: My sister visited this weekend and had a great time she thoroughly enjoyed jumping at jump in as the staff were great. Thank you to grace especially as she was very accommodating. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: The team were amazing, the trampoline park was the same as any other but the team went over and above I couldn’t rate it more highly based on their customer service.

Positive experience: Was fun day out plenty to do for an hour half, the food was not great for the price you pay but snacks and drinks priced as expected for a establishment like this. Overall worth the money. Better to pre book, and considering it was a Saturday was hectic.

Negative experience: I’ve been contemplating writing this review but I am very unhappy with what I saw at Jump In the last time I went, the staff were so lovely however just one person let them down, the supervisor with the short black hair was so horrible! The way she would speak her colleagues was appalling no way does she deserve to be supervisor with the way she speaks to others, she has too much authority!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the party experience for twelve energetic 6yr olds. Staff really helpful and grateful for their patience. Would definitely rebook.

Positive experience: It wasn't bad, but could do with more seating, there are activities for little ones in soft play, and older ones in trampolining part. If you are sat down by the soft play bit, but have people in the trampolining bit, unless you get up and stand there, you cannot see the trampolining bit.

Fantastic experience: I took three children for a celebration. They all loved the experience. Place to sit was better than most and drinks were reasonably priced. They did have a soft play area. So suitable for most age ranges. A good selection of upbeat music is playing. So not ideal work conditions.

Negative experience: About time they monitor what they are selling. ordered a hot dog from Jump in Camberly and was presented with a very sad dry roll that was crusty hard. The manager stated they dont have tomoto or ketchup, seriously just a sliced bagette and a sausage... i resorted to using they typical sachets... but no mustard.. and as for the advertising AirHop menu, it has on display for the classic hotDog for £4.95 i think they need a change.. or a makeover.. endednin the bin.

Fantastic experience: One of my children was invited for a birthday there. The place is really big. It has inflatable spaces, lots of trampolines as well as soft play. The children enjoyed it all. There was food afterwards and the kids enjoyed the pizza. the Place was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely take the family back.

Fantastic experience: Regularly visit with two of my daughters (9 & 7) and they absolutely love it. There is a really good mix of trampolines, soft play and inflatables. The tumble track is definitely their favourite!! The staff are so helpful and always on hand. Plenty of seating if you’re watching too. It’s a huge “thumbs up” from us x

Negative experience: I took my kids there, they enjoyed jumping,however staff were not paying attention. When my kids were one the spinning thing, she got dragged around because one of the kids hold the bar for too long and the machine went too fast. She hurt her ankle. Nobody was watching nobody was checking if she is ok. We won’t go back.

Fantastic experience: Had a great morning here ☺️ so many activities to choose from and all kept in good condition . Our four year old grand daughter loved the soft play but enjoyed the other challenges on offer too. The bouncy castle is amazing fun! Didn’t eat but reasonably priced food on offer and the staff were very friendly … we will be back!

Fantastic experience: A little pricey compared to the one in Basingstoke and they don't do any home ed sessions (which would be great), but we went recently, and it was my son's first time at a trampoline park (he's 8). The staff were brilliant, the safety video was good and clear, he loved the inflatable section and the trampoline section. The soft play looked good, too. They do various lengths of session, each session is issued with a coloured wristband and there's a countdown clock to show how long you've got left. The cafe was very popular and chaotic, but the staff dealt with it well and there was a good amount of tables and choice of snacks and meals. We'll definitely come back soon.

Fantastic experience: The kids loved the trampoline park. Always a winning holiday activity. I was surprised and impressed at how clean the tables and eating area was. The staff was friendly and made the experience great. Good value for money.

Positive experience: Very good trampoline park. Lots of good attractions in the park and they have metal slides and a bouncy castle. Lots of trampolines and not always too busy. The only thing that needs to be better is for it to be slightly more ventilation with my air conditioning but apart from that it is very fun and I highly recommend going and there's a dogeball area with trampolines. Great job jump in! Love you! Xoxoxoxo

Fantastic experience: Took my son here today and he had an excellent time. 3.5 hours of bouncing, climbing, inflatables and great music. If fun and energy are your jam with great staff and really clean spaces then this is for you.

Fantastic experience: Took my 15 months old and he loves it. But I feel 1 hour is not enough time if you want your customer to play and eat.

Negative experience: My daughter went for a birthday party and it really smelled bad,especially going up stairs were the kids were having a party.The staff was very friendly and helpful and my daughter enjoyed the experience,but we will not take her for a jumping session.
