Fantastic experience: My son and I have attended Tang Soo Do here for a number of years now. It's a great martial arts discipline to learn. At the heart of training is learning the basics of martial arts techniques, discipline, respect, confidence building and community spirit - in a safe environment. As a fitness instructor, it has taught me new ways of enhancing my training routines for myself and my clients. I highly recommend Tango Soo Do for both adults and children.

Fantastic experience: My children have been learning Tang Soo Do since they were 4 & 5 years old in 2011 starting with the special curriculum tailored for the 7 year olds and below, which was a great opportunity for them to learn basic martial arts techniques along with the discipline which comes with traditional martial art methodologies whilst having fun and 'earning' through effort progression through the ranks, which has carried forward as they moved up into the family class as they grew older. This has helped them stay active and build their confidence with working alongside different age groups. I personally joined in 2013 as a way to keep fit and have enjoyed the challenge of learning something new not just physically from a self defence perspective but also the history and philosophy. I would strongly recommend Lion Pride Tang Soo Do for both adults and children.
