Fantastic experience: Great staff and amazing facilities, literally everything is to the next level of professionalism. Loved the food too at their restaurant with very healthy and scrumptious meals. The berry smoothie was divine.

Fantastic experience: The most stunning facility for sports medicine and performance training. I’ve been a member for over 4 years and it’s superb in every way. Staff are incredibly helpful and very invested in your progress in a very sincere and genuine way. The club holds interesting health related talks with worldwide experts that you can attend. The club represents the highest level of service.

Fantastic experience: Based on my extensive international experience with health clubs, this is the best one. I'm very surprised that someone rated it less than 5.

Negative experience: While the ambience is much better than a traditional hospital, it was a LOT harder to get any insurance eligible treatment done at the clinic. There is absolutely no established protocol to get any insured treatment despite being told they have one. Multiple calls back and forth around payment from insurance. Next time, I would prefer to see the same doctors at a more conventional hospital like HCA or Nuffield which know how to submit and claim eligible invoices with insurance companies.

Negative experience: An absolute waste of time, charging clients multiple times for the treatments they were authorised by insurance to do.

Fantastic experience: This place has changed my life. Under the strong leadership of Eva-Maria and a committed team, Lanserhof London is a class of its own. There is nothing like it.

Negative experience: Travelled over 2 hours from oxford, called to say I was stuck in traffic 90mins before my appointment , within 20mins of my scheduled time they called to cancel when I was just parking. 5hr round trip for nothing. Absolutely no parking anywhere within a mile of the place.

Positive experience: Slow to get in touch with results and you have to be focused on what you require so you can get the right advice.

Negative experience: Very poor service and do not recommend! Went for a personalised facial, which resulted in only a face mask and was over in less than 30min for over £200. Absolutely no advanced personalised care, proper advice or real facial…after then sharing the feedback with the reception team, there was only arrogance and no empathy or kindness and no follow up. This is the place to go if you’re looking for no skincare expertise and no staff professionalism!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Hattie for a tour of the great facilities. Very professional. I decided not to join but I was very impressed. My reason for not joining is just that I would like a sauna which unfortunately isn't included, hopefully in the future. Worth checking out if it's in your budget, as it seems like the most unique option I've seen in London and perhaps the UK. Much better medical facilities than similarly priced clubs.

Fantastic experience: Not quite as good as Lanserhof in Austria mostly due to some level of arrogance in the reception team, but some the therapists are really good and truly care about their patients. The place is a heaven of peace and quiet in the middle of Mayfair.
