The facilities are top-notch, always spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. Fantastic experience: Great gym and very clean due to the astounding level of service Juan provides. He is an absolute asset to the team and goes above & beyond! He has impeccable communication skills and his overall positive persona is infectious! A true welcoming presence! It’s a shame he is leaving as the place is never the same when he is not present let alone when he leaves! You can always tell when he is not on site, the tidiness isn’t there! I wish him all the best on his endeavours! He should be rewarded adequately for his contributions!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has trained at most of the gyms in London, I find Third Space Mayfair to be a great home away from home. The gym is always immaculate (great for my OCD!!), equipment is state of the art, the staff are always friendly and full of smiles. Big shout out to the concierge team (Evan, Kendall, Georgina, Tom, Stefanie, Louis and Eva) for their abundance of energy, hospitality and support. There’s a real community feel here. I also love the fact that I can turn up at almost any time and not be waiting around for machines or equipment as well as the air of luxury that surrounds you whilst training. Really looking forward to the gym extension in the new year, keep up the great work guys!

I also want to give a special shoutout to Delicia, the Pilates trainer, and Ben, the personal trainer. I always look forward to their sessions, knowing I’ll get a great workout and leave feeling refreshed. Overall, the team here is fantastic, and it’s a place I genuinely enjoy being a part of!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lovely staff! Excellent trainers and concierge. Aston as a trainer is brilliant - really knowledgable and easy to get on with. Concierge are super friendly and helpful, especially Stef, Kendall, Georgina, and Eva. Only criticism would be it is starting to get quite busy during peak times, which is opposed to why I joined. Could do with limiting member numbers or increasing space.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym! Really has been a life changer since joining. Unlike my previous gyms I get all the equipment I want but with space around me and without the wait for the equipment. My exercises are always enjoyable and I no longer have that scenario of switching the workout around because ‘the gym was busy’. Every detail of the gym has been perfected from their choice of equipment, its placement and the selection of the decor and extra amenities. The gym equipment are all the latest models with the built in high-tech analysis systems so you can see your performance for every set and has aided in assessing my progression over time. No need to time or note down my sets when it’s all recorded and measured for you. Weight wise, this is my first gym in the heart of Mayfair with both a full (inc. heavy weight) set of dumbbells, kettlebells and this quantity of squat racks all in one gym which are always available given their carefully controlled member numbers. Classes are a perfect size with multiple timing options throughout the week so there’s a slot which works for all. Finally gym cleanliness, maintenance and staff friendliness are all on another level to other gyms and gives the feeling of a stay in a 5* hotel on every visit. Really has been a life changing experience. Thanks again

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love all the third space gyms but I gotta say, the Mayfair club has my heart. It is always spotless clean and has, not only the best gym equipment, but also the best bathroom products. The weightlifting equipment has everything I need to complete my program. What makes it ever so special is the team at the club. I always love to have a chat with Stefanie or Eva. The rest of the team, (Evan, Kendall, Georgina, Tom or Louis), is also always very welcoming and always put me in a good mood as soon as I step through the doors.

Evan, Kendall, Georgina, Tom, and Stef) to all the facilities, everything is unreal. Everyday, a shake from NFF is mandatory. Such a good range of flavours! Nothing else to it. Third Space Mayfair is simply the best!

Fantastic experience: Genuinely one of the best public gyms in London. Despite a location in the heart of Mayfair, the gym is not crowded and paying a premium price to have the whole gym to yourself is definitely worth it. I’m a member in Battersea, which is always overcrowded and despite paying premium price here, doesn’t quite help. After visiting Mayfair branch, considering switching to this location now.

Fantastic experience: Third Space Mayfair is unlike any gym I have ever experienced, and I have been to many! As soon as you enter you are transported into a world of bliss! Cleanest facilities, top of the line everything, softest towels, slippers, toiletries, feels like a 5 star hotel. Small enough that it’s never too crowded and you can get to know people (not overwhelming like some of the big gyms), but big enough that there’s plenty of space. It’s the staff at Mayfair that make it incredible though! Biggest shoutout to the concierge team especially Stef and Eva for being so welcoming, supportive and bringing such a positive energy! I am OBSESSED with this gym. Cannot recommend it enough! (Ps.mayfair is the best).

Everything you need for a workout is provided, from towels to convenient wet towels. The changing rooms are fully stocked with towels for showers or the sauna, and essentials like toothbrushes, razors, and shaving cream are available, making it easy to leave the gym feeling refreshed without carrying a lot of gear. I also have to mention the protein shakes, which are absolutely delicious. They can even add creatine upon request, making it even easier to support your workout goals. Overall, Third Space Mayfair is a fantastic gym experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for convenience, quality, and excellent service.

While it may be smaller than the other third space locations which I’m also a fan of, it’s less crowded than other gyms in London and that makes it a very effective place to get a good workout in.

Fantastic experience: Third Space Mayfair is a stunning and uniquely designed space with a calm but fast pace atmosphere. You are always greeted by friendly and helpful staff members at reception and the fitness instructors are approachable, knowledgable and patient in every class I have attended. There is a class for everyone, no matter what your experience of fitness level, with experienced trainers there to help if needed. The equipment is impeccably clean alongside the changing rooms and gym floor. Third space is more than a gym, it is somewhere where you can go and relax, which off from the hustle and bustle of London and leave feeling better than you did walking in.

Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who has never truly been into fitness, this place has completely changed my perception. Not only is the space itself gorgeous, squeaky clean and fully equipped but the treatment is unlike anything I have experienced before. The people who run it make it feel like home. It may be small in size compared to other third space gyms, but what it lacks in size (before the expansion) it definitely makes up in the aforementioned ways. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for over 2 years and absolutely love it. The club is small in comparison to other locations, but this gives a very personal feel. I love coming here as it is very well kept, machense and classes are fantastic, the people working there know you and are supper friendly. Evan, Kendall, Georgina, Tom, Miles and Eva greer you with a smile every morning. Classes are a lot smaler than other locations so you get a lot more attention from the teachers. If you become a regular they will remember you and give you more tailored approach. Dressing rooms for women are always prestine and do not get overly busy. Absolutely love this club

Fantastic experience: Third Space Mayfair has completely exceeded all my expectations, thanks in large part to the amazing concierge team. Their customer service is fantastic. The gym itself boasts top-notch facilities and state-of-the-art equipment, catering to all fitness levels and goals. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it my home away from home.

Fantastic experience: Fabulously helpful and friendly staff, excellent quality equipment, and while the club is small, it never feels overcrowded (so far!). I wish there were a steam room - but despite that I always look forward to my gym visits and it’s always a really happy customer experience.

Fantastic experience: The gym is not huge but also the best one in the area by far and has everything you need. Also, you get access to all the other third space gyms in London. One special note for the great team running the gym (Evan, Cameron and the others) - they are the most helpful and friendly you can find!

Fantastic experience: Third Space Mayfair truly lives up to its name: it is a Third Space! Every time you walk through the door you're warmly greeted by the team at the front desk who are incredibly friendly and chatty (special shout out to Evan and Miles)! Third Space completely elevates the experience of going to 'the gym', from the greeting from the front desk, to the helpful housekeeping staff, to the gym space itself, to the changing rooms (which are stunningly decorated and fully stocked with hair styling equipment and products). It is a motivational space to be in, the equipment is very up to date and I rarely have to wait for any machine. The other members are polite and respectful. The classes are an immersive experience - dark room, lots of lights, good music and extremely energetic trainers (Maddie is particularly great)! I have had PT sessions with Josh and he is very knowledgable and encouraging, helping me improve my technique. Would hugely recommend: Third Space Mayfair is worth every penny of the membership fee.

Fantastic experience: I always find the staff here very helpful and genuinely kind. Evan and Eva helped with my query this morning very efficiently. I find the classes here are always better (and harder!) than the other Third Space gyms as there’s a cap on each class, meaning you get the attention needed.
