Our comment from FitFit UK about Dedicated SuperGym:
Dedicated SuperGym, located in Liverpool, is renowned for being one of the largest gyms in the UK, boasting an extensive range of equipment that caters to all types of fitness enthusiasts. Visitors often highlight the gym's impressive size and variety of equipment, making it an exciting place for workouts.
However, many reviews indicate that the facility has faced significant maintenance issues that detract from the overall experience. While some patrons appreciate the atmosphere, friendly staff, and the hybrid training zone added after refurbishments, others have reported dissatisfaction with the state of the equipment, cleanliness, and the overall organization of the gym. Key points include:
- Positives:
- Spacious gym with a vast range of equipment.
- Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
- Open 24 hours, allowing flexibility for workouts.
- Negatives:
- Many machines reported as broken or in poor condition.
- Maintenance issues in restrooms and changing areas.
- Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with some areas noted as neglected.
- Despite recent refurbishments, patrons feel that significant improvements are still needed.
Overall, while Dedicated SuperGym has immense potential and loyal supporters, it is clear that the facility needs to address maintenance and cleanliness issues to truly fulfill its promise as a top fitness destination.
Dedicated SuperGym: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Best Gym
Fantastic experience: Best gym going dedicated, sadly I live too far to be a regular but you have to see it to believe it
Negative experience: Me and my partner traveled down to Liverpool for this gym. My partner is a huge gym rat! So attending one of the biggest gyms in the “UK” is exciting for someone who loves gym a lot! I saw this gym come up on tiktok and there was youtube video too etc. I thought this looks amazing and was so excited to book this as a surprise. The machines were broken, there was safety hazards and lots of the running machines didn't work! . The place looked worn down and nothing like TikTok or how its presented online. I only picked to come to Liverpool for this gym. I was so disappointed and so upset that the week was not how I wanted and my partner could not train. Absolutely gutted. I told friends that we were going to the biggest gym who were so interested in how it would be and I had to say it was awful. I really really wish it was different. I’ve attached some photos. I emailed for a refund but there’s been no response. Save yourself a trip and train somewhere else… cause you can’t train here if the machines are all broken.
Negative experience: Awful gym! Very disappointed. I used to live in Liverpool. Dedicated was my 'go to' gym. After hearing about this big 'refurb' I was excited to see what Watson and dedicated did to the facility. It turns out, absolutely nothing significant! Apart from moving the bathrooms from the lower floor to the upper floor, all the kit is the same, it's all worn down, rusted and a lot of the leg equipment isn't lubricated. I wouldn't recommend this gym. No idea why the facility was shut for a whole year...
Negative experience: I paid for a month membership around November 2024. They closed without warning me (or the other members) one week into my month, to refurb. They promised the members they'd be closed for 3 months and ended up being closed for a year. I went back today. What a sad state of affairs. Almost nothing has changed. It's all the old kit. No new kit. Seats are still worn. Stitching it still lose. I can't find a single barbell clip/collar anywhere. Watson gym kit is not good. I travel the UK for work and I don't see Watson kit anywhere else, because it's made of swiss Chinese. They don't even have a seated leg curl, which is just absolutely bonkers to me. The toilets/changing rooms are already falling to pieces with broken locks and loose fixtures. Barbells are bent. The members have as little respect for the gym as the owner has got for the members. I saw a guy come out of the sauna today and squeeze out his sweaty shorts onto the changing room floor. Not into a sink or the shower floor. The changing room floor This gym is tragic. It could be something truly special here but it just isn't. I live in Knowsley and drive all the way to Speke for a gym, which shows how bad Dedicated Supergym truly is. Wouldn't recommend coming here to anybody.
Negative experience: Very disappointed with this gym, somewhere that has been hyped up in the gym industry so when visiting liverpool we came for a day pass and the staff on the desk were lovely but the gym was a mess, kit everywhere and a lot of the machines are broken or unable to use with no out of order signs, light fixtures hanging down from the ceiling into equipment, just general neglect throughout the whole gym, really shocking and a definite waste of a £10 day pass, should have checked the bad reviews before coming
Fantastic experience: The gym has been reopened and I love it so much. The best gym in Liverpool. 5stars.
Negative experience: I’ve got no idea why this gym bothered reopening before actually fixing anything. The only noticeable change is that they ripped the posters off the walls. About 90% of the equipment that was broken is still broken (nearly all benchs), and the weights are scattered everywhere already . Which honestly just reflects the lack of respect members have been shown throughout the closure. So why would they respect the gym back? The owner was always quick with a smart reply on Instagram and Facebook whenever anyone asked about reopening or refunds, but now the place is open he’s nowhere to be seen. Instead he’s left a bunch of kids on the front desk to deal with the fallout. The sauna is already broken, most of the toilet locks don’t work, sink fixtures are loose, panels are hanging off, the shower locks don’t line up, and the lockers are unusable. So you can’t even leave your stuff safely. Direct debits have gone up, yet nothing new has been added, nothing has improved, and there’s been zero acknowledgment or compensation for the months of fees we paid while the gym was closed. For a “relaunch,” it feels like nothing but the price tag was actually upgraded.
Negative experience: This gym has become a complete joke ever since its counterpart opened on the wirral the huyton gym has been abandoned, causing equipment to become faulty and broken due to the lack of maintenance which then caused the gym to close for a “refurb” the gym was closed for an entire year with about 10 different opening dates promised, members still paying their membership whilst it was closed and being ignored when asking for a refund, members being ignored when asking for opening dates just a complete disrespect to their loyal members, they even turned off their comments on instagram due to so many unhappy members and now that it has re opened absolutely nothing has changed, machines still faulty, no boxing area or classes which were promised prices have been put up for the membership even though there have been zero improvements, if anything the gym has gotten worse broken equipment has been taken out and not replaced the only “refurbishment” that has been done is to the reception, the padding on machines and the cardio section everything else is exactly the same … broken, the layout of the gym is now a complete mess no structure at all and it feels cramped, the gym is not even looked after like it used to be and its only been open a week (weights in wrong places, plates in wrong places, missing dumbbells) the negatives go on and on, needs massive improvements and quickly or i cant see this gym staying open (says enough that i went to the gym at peak time yesterday and there were about 10 other people in there, felt empty and soulless) feels like alot of people are giving up on this gym and rightly so.
Negative experience: its a shame because dedicated is where it all started for me love the place but the state its in now it feels like its got no soul , its just been shut for a year straight and it is even worse than it was machines r fallin to bits only thing thats changed is the changing rooms no new machines no new nothing just all in awkward weird layouts now an the price been upped to 55 now … think this is it for the place its curtains if they dont make some proper changes fast!
Negative experience: Joke of a company they let me buy a membership a week before they closed down and didn’t warn me that the gym was being refurbished, on top of that now they have reopened they posted if you had a membership when they closed you will get a free month, I contacted them and they are viewing my messages and ignoring them avoid this gym
Fantastic experience: Credit where credit is due, the hybrid training zone following the refurb is absolutely incredible over 40m of Astro, assault runners, smooth precision treadmills, rogue echo bikes, concept2 ski ergs/rowers, fully kitted out functional rig with wall ball targets, range of kettlebells, sandbags, wall balls etc (and that’s just the upstairs section haha). This refurb gives everything I need from a gym, good atmosphere, good music and decent equipment/training zone.
Negative experience: For what was ment to be a four week closure took a year to finish, with about ten different attempted openings messing customers around the result is that they have a gym a lot worse then when they closed it with machines that are broken and machines that used to be at the gym no longer there. Iv just been on legs today and after three exercises I was literally struggling to find what to do next as there is about ten useless leg machines that no one would ever use and all the good stuff that’s used to be there has now gone. The lay out of the gym is awful gym feels empty. I’m gutted Iv been made to wait a year for this from what I can see what they have done is sell a lot of machines and two stair chases of what they had either side of upstairs balcony they have just put it on the front. It begs belief why they closed it in the first place nothing was wrong with it other than buying some new clips and repairs on machines but now they have closed the gym for a year to make it totally worse with less init still with broken machines. This gym has no management init at all, from someone who’s in business this is a total embarrassment from the lies they tell the customers to them having no organisation on weather they can open a gym one day to the next. I honestly don’t have a good feeling about it. Can’t see it lasting that gym with a lot of people saying the same thing in the gym tonight.
Negative experience: Not open
Negative experience: Never opening the owner is selfish taking peoples money and not even simply replying to people questioning their blatant lies!
Fantastic experience: Great place, nice staff, amazing set up. If youre in the area this is where to train
Negative experience: This gym always had such potential but the lack of effort from the owner to keep anything maintained led to it being a danger zone. Rarely water for sale, no first aid kit, machines not working properly and the floor was lifting so you couldn’t take 3 steps without tripping over. Dirty bathrooms, blocked toilet ( as there was only 1)then came the ‘refurb’… Broken promises of definite re-opening dates have come and gone. They’ve turned off comments on insta due to the amount of unhappy members who just wanted an update. It’s coming up to 11 months now, and I’d be really surprised if it re-opens. The owner gave up on it a long time ago. After being a member since ‘17, I won’t be going back now even if it did re-open…They don’t deserve all the loyalty they get from the members
Negative experience: Just to let everyone know, if you've been paying membership get in touch with ashbourne who manage the direct debits for a refund. I'd be surprised if they ever reopen
Negative experience: Used to love this gym had all the equipment you could ever want and the gym goers were friendly and great. But then the closure happened, I didn't receive any communication that the closure was happening. I turned up one day in November 2024 and was told it was closed for 4/5 weeks, fair enough. But then there was nothing for months and months. With promised dates missed and 0 communications out via any means. I reached out on their instagram page and at first the guy was understanding of my frustration and told me it was opening "this month". That was June and it's now September writing this and it's still not open. Now comes the good part. I suffer with ADHD and thus have an incredibly bad memory. When the gym first closed it was "only for 4/5 weeks" so I didn't think to cancel my direct debit because its only a month, I don't mind supporting for the month. But then with all the delays, its still not open. it's been nearly 11 months now and due to my condition I completely forgot about the direct debit I've still been paying. I reached out recently to them on instagram (previously they would respond), asking for my refund on my direct debit, which was now £350 as I was paying £35 a month for 10 months with 0 gym access. It's been 3 weeks since asking for my refund on the direct debit and for cancellations and I've been ignored. Messages seen and ignored. Got it. You're stealing my hard earned money. So in summary, this gym WAS good until it's bad. I was giving them the benefit of doubt with how busy they say they are sorting out the gym but after this long and now ignoring me because I've asked for cancellation and my refund back I will not be going back and I don't recommend anyone join this gym because I don't believe they care for their members and you may as well join a chain gym for cheaper and the same treatment. I hope they learn from this closure and become more transparent with their customers.
Negative experience: I've supported the Huyton gym through good times and bad time through lock downs and refurbishments but now decided to leave they seem to put all there efforts into the Wirral gym now such a shame
Negative experience: Mould issue and dumbbell area is a bomb site. As per owners comment on insta, due to reopen on 29/03. As of 09/08, no reopen date. Get a refund for half my annual membership by opening a dispute with my credit card company.
Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Great supplements store and in terms of machines and gym equip it has everything you can possibly want from a gym! I cannot recommend enough. Even if you’re just visiting the area, drop by for a sesh and you won’t regret it!
Negative experience: Ill post the updates were promised
Negative experience: This place isn’t going to open. At least not for the rest of the year. Empty promises, yet taking people’s money.
Man sieht hier Leute trainieren. Wir verstehen echt die Welt nicht mehr.
Negative experience: Owner has been given many excuses on social media about the closure (4-6 weeks/29th of march/ people in suits/ videographer available tomorrow), haven't proof at all if is there an actual refurbishment also blocking people that just ask for honesty. Completely unprepared for real business.
Negative experience: Promised updates and photos but never see any. Go check the comments on Facebook and Instagram and the interactions with customers are shocking.
Negative experience: Drove an hour to try this gym and it is closed for renovations for months. Not putting on your website that you are closed and selling passes is a joke.
Negative experience: Website said it was open, drove 3 hours to come and it was closed. Waste of time and petrol
Negative experience: Bought a week pass as I am in Liverpool for a week, turned up at 5pm to find the place closed and almost abandoned and no-one picking up the phone. Ridiculous.
Negative experience: Not open and nothing online saying it is closed. 2 hours drive
Negative experience: I would not recommend this gym. The equipment is in poor condition, and the bathrooms lack proper hygiene. Additionally, the trainers behave unprofessionally by making women feel uncomfortable and being overly intrusive. It's a very unpleasant environment.
Negative experience: Terrible service. Many of the machines are in poor condition or not working at all. The bathrooms are also out of order, making the experience even worse. I paid for a one-month membership at the reception, but no one informed me that the gym would be closed for an entire month. As a result, I was only able to use it for one week. They don’t offer refunds and have no alternative contact methods available.
Negative experience: It's getting worse every day, most of the equipment is broken, Staff keep saying that they will close for repairs but nothing happening for over the 6 months. Sad, it was a nice place to workout a few years ago.
Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere and has every possible equipment you could think of! Love it
Positive experience: Good equipment but needs good cleaning, sauna’s are also broken
Negative experience: Been coming to the Huyton gym for a few years now but I am leaving due to multiple issues which have been ongoing now. Firstly, half of the cardio equipment upstairs doesn't even work and hasn't been for about a year or possibly even longer. The odd few that do work are simply just injuries waiting to happen, for example some stair master's and treadmill's jolting constantly. Adding on from this, part of the upstairs has been ripped out for some 'refurbishment work', however nothing has been done after several months, it looks like a building site. Secondly, the toilets are a disgrace and smelly. All the toilet and shower doors are missing, there's only 1 toilet that actually has a door on and there's a label on the door saying 'do not turn lock all the way'. Thirdly, there's been 2 skips full of rubbish that has been left outside the gym for god knows how long now which is shocking as it's a huge environmental health risk, probably attracting rats. Also, not to mention there is no air con or fans in the gym that even work so when the summer hits, it is unbearably hot, these haven't been working since I joined. It's very unfortunate, this gym used to be an amazing place to be from the equipment, to the staff, and the people but it's drastically declined. The owner clearly doesn't care enough/know how to keep up with maintenance anymore. Not to mention, there's always new staff members nearly every couple of weeks which speaks for itself.
Negative experience: I went to this gym for the first time a few days ago, so I paid for one day and went. I made a mistake in the real sense and I would get my money back if possible. The gym is not clean at all, the locker room is not clean, all the lockers are broken and some of the chairs are broken. There is no manager or management in this gym. It is really strange for me. The gym group, although it has less equipment, but its management and cleanliness are excellent and with You have the best feeling, but this gym is awful, you must see it with your own eyes to understand what I'm saying.
Negative experience: I went to this gym for a workout, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. The gym was in terrible condition. The locker room was filthy and unsanitary, the locker doors were broken, and the sauna was out of order. The restrooms were in a horrible state, extremely dirty, and the shower was broken, making it unusable. The gym equipment was left in disrepair, clearly needing serious maintenance. The lights were burnt out, leaving the gym dark and uninviting. Even the mirrors were filthy, a clear sign of neglect by the staff. This gym is absolutely not a suitable place to work out, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
Negative experience: First joined this gym 3 years ago then left after a year due to the cleanliness of not only the gym but the male changing rooms. Joined back 4 months ago hoping it had changed but unfortunately it hasn't. The male changing rooms are an absolute disgrace. Dirty stained urinal and walls surrounding it, no doors on most of the lockers, showers or toilets. And the grim and mold in the showers is disgusting. If I wasn't under contract I'd have left and will be when it ends if this promised "refurb" doesn't happen. Even if the refurb doesn't happen, the cleanliness of the gym is unacceptable for the price you pay. Yes the equipment is ok if a little run down ( unless you want to use a treadmill with an option of roughly 10 but only 3 work). Instagram pic - Wallasey which looks great. In reality if you use the Huyton one you expecting whats seen on social media you will be thoroughly disappointed
Negative experience: This isn’t the best gym around, firstly I paid for a weekly pass and not one person stopped and asked me, I literally just walked in. The equipment is ripped or broken, upstairs with the cardio the floor is pulled up, and most of the cardio machines don’t even work. It is nothing how it appears on instagram. The toilets were either out of order or locked, shower doors missing.. honestly it is just run down and a bit of a disaster. The “shop” is all packaged up, stuff in the fridge but the rest is honestly just all wrapped up on shelves.
Positive experience: I'm 20 stone why ask me
Fantastic experience: Nice gym
Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dedicated Supergym on a day pass and was impressed by its spaciousness and the extensive range of equipment available. The gym is incredibly well-equipped, catering to all types of workouts, from strength training to cardio. There’s plenty of space, allowing for a comfortable and effective training session. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of the toilets left something to be desired, and a few pieces of equipment showed signs of wear and tear that could benefit from better maintenance. These issues slightly detracted from the overall experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, Dedicated Supergym remains a top choice for anyone serious about fitness, thanks to its vast space and excellent variety of equipment.
Fantastic experience: Good gym
Negative experience: Clean the toilets and put the music down. It’s so loud and the music isn’t even good. It’s a gym not a festival.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant gyms, been to both, the first one is due for a refurb but to be fare still a really decent gym. The other one feels a bit newer and is amazing! Both gyms are huge and the amount of epuipment is unreal. If you can’t make gains in either gyms you are defiantly doing something wrong! We will defiantly be returning next time we are up north!
Fantastic experience: Super Gym
Fantastic experience: Great, never too busy though personally I'd recommend some noise cancelling headphones
Negative experience: To be honest, the gym itself is one everyone should experience simply due to its size. However that is the only positive. Although a wide range of equipment most of it is uncomfortable, broken or not fit for purpose. The standout of this gym is the dumbell rack, which is less impressive in person and also utterly pointless. Money would be much better spent maintaining the equipment than having such a large dumbell rack. For the chnaging rooms(or a lack of them) a single mirror, broken lockers, cracked flooring and no cubical toilets. However they do for some reason have 30 odd showers( also most without a door) and a broken sauna.Overall cool experience but totally overrated
Fantastic experience: Cat poo
Positive experience: It's one of the best gyms i ever visited... Louds of equipment and top quality Lighting is great and tons of weights Changing rooms needs improvements... Sauna wasn't working when i visited...
Fantastic experience:
Fantastic experience: Dedicated superGym so Beautiful gym,, I'm from India ,, I have never been here but when I saw Gym , I melted.
Fantastic experience: Heaven
Negative experience: I can’t lie…very dissapointed. Staff weren’t welcoming, expectations weren’t met. I get quantity but where is the quality?
Negative experience: Cold and funny smelling place, with fair enough a wide range of equipment and potential, went for a look around, no option of a taster session, being asked to pay £10 per day for a cold training hangar, overrated in my opinion and Instagram makes it look a lot better than reality seemed to be... Overpriced, Definitely you can get much more for the £45pm they ask for ...
Fantastic experience: Great gym, 24hrs and practically unlimited equipment.
Fantastic experience: I have been using various gyms for many years. This one surprised me with the amount and variety of equipment. And the weight of the dumbbells, reaching up to 130 kg, touched my heart.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym
Fantastic experience: One you have to train at, biggest dumbbell rack in the world, probably every piece of Watson equipment ever designed, just a huge space filled with weights and weight machines
Fantastic experience: Everything you need and never wait to use machines ever Best gym in northwest by far
Fantastic experience: One of the biggest and best gyms in Liverpool
Fantastic experience: Use gym five days a week since it opened , plenty of equipment and never too crowded. If you want a health club look elsewhere. Mens lockers need sorting out and would benefit from some classes being put on. Price is reasonable and staff are friendly.
Fantastic experience: Best gym in Liverpool
Positive experience: too expensive as compared to JD and Pure gym
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym! By far the best I've been to. Members are pleasant, staff are so friendly. Extremely spacious gym with amazing equipment and lots of supplements on site available for purchase! I went twice during my stay in Liverpool and it was worth it!
Negative experience: Free weights are great'loads of benches but other equipment needs maintenance
Positive experience: Good experience! Has all the machines you need and very clean but the womens’ changing rooms had a stagnant pipe smell and the music was a bit too loud
Fantastic experience: Gym is definitely worth the reputation it has, great place to workout at biggest dumbell rack and all the machines you can dream of including 7 benchpresses which this many at one place I've never encountered before :) crossfit area, boxing corner 35£ monthly subscriprion and 10£ for day pass highly recommend the visit, hope you'll have a good time like I did^^
Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been to, staff are all friendly manager (craig) is an asset to the business, equipment is second to none and the opening hours make it even better as you can always get in and train members are friendly and all the PTs are approachable and knowledgeable
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, every bit of kit you could ask for.
Fantastic experience: My boy goes to Mini Vipers here. Decent gym with excellent facilities.
Negative experience: I dire need of staff that clean the changing rooms. Amazing gym, incredible kit but has been left to be dirty and lots of broken kit. Needs TLC
Fantastic experience: The best gym in Liverpool!!!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic place!
Fantastic experience: Great gym. Lots of different equipment.
Fantastic experience: One of the best Gyms I've been too, clean and lots and lots of equipment
Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym one of the best in England
Fantastic experience: Great gym and it has everything you could ever ask for in a gym and much more
Negative experience: If I could rate lower I would! After all the hype and the wow factor portrayed online about this so call *dedicated supergym* let’s just say there is nothing dedicated what so ever about it! Total mess and dirty broken equipment and lockers that don’t lock, holes in the walls, I can’t fault the staff at all tbf the guy who was there was amazingly friendly and chatty, but I don’t think this place is worth £10 day pass, if I could I’d have asked for a refund as the experience and expense It’s cost me to come down wasn’t worth it at all. Regret the decision 100% will not be returning at all. The place could defo do with a full overhaul and referb and some money spending on fixing the equipment and changing facility’s. If someone could contact me back regarding a full refund for myself and 2 friends who traveled down with me that be great thanks
Negative experience: My partner and I visited last week whilst we were staying in Liverpool. We were really looking forward to visiting but we very quickly realised it’s not the gym it looks like it is on Instagram. Everything needs a good clean, no lockers for the men, broken/no doors on the showers, broken machines, missing cable items and the music is so loud you can’t listen to your own music without still hearing it blaring in the background. It has the potential to be an amazing gym it just seems like the owners have fallen out of love with the place.
Positive experience: Loads of great equipment . Bit squashed though. Needs repairs of some pieces
Fantastic experience: Great gym with plenty of facilities
Fantastic experience: Best gym ever
Positive experience: Good facility with plenty of kit but it could do with a spring clean and maintenance.
Negative experience: Used to be a good gym but I will never go back after spotting rats inside amongst all the rubbish.
Negative experience: I bought a full year’s membership here which I’m honestly regretting at this point. The changing rooms are an absolute state, bin bags on urinals, no proper locks on shower doors, “sauna” which is full of building material with no signs of being built any time soon- unbelievable. There’s a ton of equipment which is great and there’s plenty of dumbbells etc so you’re never waiting long at all but the music is honestly so loud (worst Soundcloud mixes I’ve ever heard) that you can’t hear yourself think! It’s to the point where you can hardly hear your own headphones. Ultimately wouldn’t recommend this place, so much potential but the owners obviously don’t give a toss and haven’t done so for months.
Fantastic experience: Great gym, lots of equipment and body specific machines to target muscle groups. Busy but never too busy and open 24 hours meaning you can never really miss a workout. Also recently found out that they have Sauna in the changing rooms.
Positive experience: Excellent range of equipment. Open 24 hours. However, although they have a sauna and showers you can't use them as there are no working lockers to store your belongings. Very poor considering its a £45 per month/£350 per year membership.
Negative experience: Spent £10 on a day pass - big gym with plenty of machines and weights- shame most of its broken/unusable as pins missing and cables are broken. Equipment that you can use squeaks really loud and is irritating. Gym and changing rooms are dirty and not maintained- won't be returning.
Positive experience: I love the gym, just hate the changing room. So 3 out of 5.
Positive experience: Our favorite gym of all time though sadly it seems to be rolling downhill at pace. Over 50% of the machines are missing pins and carabiners and theres no dual attachments for pulldown and row cable exercises. The upholstery is falling apart in lots of places, cable loops are broken with exposed metal fibers and the overall feel of the gym is in disrepair. Dedicated has long held the mantle if best gym in the North/UK but its very quickly being threatened due to this lack of maintenance. We'd love to see it back to its full potential!
Fantastic experience: I have now joined. Excellant gym, which is in it's Infancy. It has classes which are increasing all the time. This will be the gym to join next year. Open 24 hrs and definitely NEVER overcrowded, unlike other gyms. I look forward to seeing it grow to be even more amazing.
Fantastic experience: i had a great time here
Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym with everything you need to do a workout and more, unbelievable
Positive experience: This place has so much potential!!! The machines are amazing lots I've never used before watson machines and weights are great. Huge gym great range of equipment and supplements in shop However... a lot of machines are broken faulty, need new upholstery, and missing weight stack pins need out of order signs The male changeing rooms are grim and need serious maintenance, cleaning wouldn't use doors missing from toilets, shower and cleaning equipment left there The staircase handrail wasn't attached at bottom the floor has broken in places similar to potholes Lack of staff only one member of staff who was on reception no member of staff on gym floor resulting in it being untidy and unsanitary I truly believe this could be one of the best gyms in the UK if the above was rectified and standards help, managed better.
Negative experience: Don’t buy any products from this place. Ordered from them and they did not send the item. Initially they communicated with me, saying they had sent it, but they didn’t. Now they are ignoring any attempt of communication and all requests of a refund.
Fantastic experience: Great gym, fantastoc equiptment
Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the place, great atmosphere, equipment and outstanding staff.
