Fantastic experience: Best gym in Sunderland for all fitness, cardio, mma and bodybuilding gains. Plenty of space to do whatever your goals are and with the best advice in the north east on various subjects. Ranging from sports science, fitness, mma, bodybuilding, cardio and diet. If you are a competitor in either sports then get yourself down here as the knowledge base is huge. Like I say. The best in the north east if not the UK. That’s from experience!!

Fantastic experience: Great back to basics gym

Fantastic experience: Started my bodybuilding career here. Back in the old days. Lead me into the army then the bodybuilding and then I lost muscle to compete in heavyweight mma. But it’s a total diferent game. My whole anatomy had to change and my cardio had to be on par with my army fitness level. It worked so all good. Good bunch of lads. I remember big john. Now its big Johnny. I hope it lasts so Johnny can pass it onto his kids. Scott Liddle.

Negative experience: The entrance is onto a main road next store to major carwash place very dangerous the entrance and stairs are filthy but the gym it self is very clean and good
