Airbox Bounce Trampoline Park

Fantastic experience: The kids loved this trampoline park, they particularly enjoyed the inflatable maze as they hadn't been at a trampoline park with one before. The cafe prices were extremely reasonable and BEST of all the coffee was actually good!!!!! I have had so many bad coffees at children's activities but this one was fantastic. Fully recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been over the Xmas period twice as the kids loved it! Great price, much cheaper than all similar kids stuff - cafe coffee brill Was busy as expected so seating u have to be quick when it’s full. Will be back again!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 place! Had a party here and it was INCREDIBLE! Party host Darcy was fantastic - really took care of the whole thing for us, we didnt have to lift a finger! Very well organised by staff and managment, We’ll be back!

Negative experience: My Grandchildren had a lovely time due to the fact it wasn’t very busy and two lovely slightly older boys who took them under their wing and showed them around ,under my watchful eye .It’s quite shabby some trampolines and equipment was damaged and needed upgrading especially when cost was £11 per hr each +£2 extra each for grip socks .Toilets are absolutely disgusting and had not been checked regularly.Safety video ,totally useless as no body took any notice as parents sat gossiping instead of watching their kids and people working there didn’t seemed bothered .We’d probably go to another trampoline park instead next time .

Negative experience: Customer service was very poor, several parents witness 2 managerial staff "talking" to the mother and grandma of birthday kid when they temporarily lost bag with theme party material and they even try to gaslight mum saying she never provided them at the entrance desk.Once staff found it,did they apologized for their bordeline bully behaviour? NOOO

Negative experience: I have never met a rude and awful manager owner in all my life. Grandma attending my granddaughters birthday. They mislaid items for birthday food accused my daughter that she did not bring and would check CTTV. Well the bag suddenly appeared. This lady owner came into a child’s party and was disgustingly talking to my daughter in front of children family and friends. Very embarrassed for all . I have to say the girl which looked after us was amazing .

Negative experience: Management shocking - staff brilliant.

Positive experience: Been here twice with the little one for birthday parties. First time a few weeks ago, we witnessed staff standing in the main areas chatting and not doing their jobs. We felt the ration of staff to children was low. The safety briefing for the kids was terrible - no control. - 3 ⭐️ Second time, this weekend. Much better experience. Unsure on the staff to children ratio, but the staff were very good, no slacking. I would still like to see more seriousness put into the safety briefing at the start, though. - 4 ⭐️ I do recommend this place, and they are improving. Perhaps, the first time we visited it was the exception. Overall, so far, 3.5 ⭐️

All of the staff are always so friendly and the place is clean, organised and well staffed. The music, food and cafe are all top notch!! Positive experience: Great fun for the kids but very busy. I couldn't see any marshals watching what was going on as lots of kids were double bouncing or running onto trampolines when other kids were on them.

Fantastic experience: Booked birthday party for my daughter. Place was fab, could see the trampolines clearly from upstairs seating area. Party room spacious and food lovely. Our party host Dan was amazing, nothing was a bother.

Positive experience: Excellent place for kids to enjoy themselves and have a great time. Wide range of facilities. My granddaughter was going there for the Trampoline facilities, which are also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to anyone.

Positive experience: Small lockers that cost a pound each the staff were good however some things were closed such as the climbing wall and high jump.

Negative experience: Dirty, smells of pee. And kids only got 55 mins instead of the hour we payed for. Other than that kids enjoyed it

Fantastic experience: What an improvement on our last visit. Well done Airbox! The staff were attentive and not afraid to challenge poor behavior, making it a safe environment for everyone. From the safety video where the supervisor was watching to make sure people were engaged with the video and checking understanding at the end to the people ok the trampoline floor, everything was patrolled better and made it a safer experience, thank you! It was fairly quiet when we did visit, but that made it easier to bounce. Fab facilities and a range of activities to do once in. Lovely little cafe which is reasonably priced and serves good food and drinks in speedy manner. Feel much better about going back again after this visit.

Fantastic experience: We had our son's 10th birthday party this weekend, very reasonable price along with excellent service, everything you need for a great party with no extra costs involved, all the staff were fantastic and a big thank you to our party host Bethany for all you done for us x

Fantastic experience: This is honestly our favourite places to visit. We discovered it a few years ago and it immediately became our go to place for our little girl. The staff are friendly, professional, welcoming and most importantly incredible with the children. Two members of staff in particular, Jordan and Kyle have become friends to us now as they always make us feel so welcome every week. They go above and beyond to ensure that every visit is perfect for our daughter. We attend the SEN sessions regularly and they are amazing. The park is always well managed, well kept and such a safe space for our daughter. We would recommend here to absolutely everyone!

Fantastic experience: Love taking my sons to this super friendly place which we regularly visit. All of the staff are amazing and always go out of their way to make every session perfect for my family. Nothing is ever a bother from the minute we arrive until the minute we leave. Greeted with a smile at reception, then all the park staff/cafe staff are always very polite/friendly and happy, always say hello to my family and check if there is anything we need. The SEN sessions are both on at great times for my sons and regardless if it falls in peak party festive times, they always include SEN children by having SEN parties too. Staff are extremely inclusive and understanding of all different childrens needs. Not many places you go to that are this inclusive and they really want to help with childrens quality of life and being able to enjoy their visits to airbox without being judged. They are often making adjustments to the quieter sessions and even allow a registered charity for children with additional needs to run fortnightly sessions in addition to their own SEN sessions. Supporting the community and not only thinking of their profits, this family run business really does make a huge difference to my sons being able to enjoy their weekly visits to airbox. The waiver is a great idea to avoid children with additional needs from having to watch a video every time they visit. If only other local organisations put the children first like irbkx do and have these reasonable adjustments in place for families of SEN children, along with listening to parents advice like Airbox always do.

Fantastic experience: We have visited Airbox Bounce many times and always enjoyed our sessions. Today, during the Easter holidays, I took my son (1), daughter (4) and friend’s daughter (11). We were all having a great time, as usual, but sadly my little girl banged her knee and couldn’t get up at first. 2 members of staff came to see her and one carried her to where Kyle, one of the owners, came to see how she was. He took us to a quiet area and checked her leg and reactions, he got an ice pack and gave her a drink and then came back to check how she was doing a few minutes later. Thankfully the ice pack helped and she was just bruised and shaken. I would like to thank Kyle for being so calm and caring. Nothing was rushed or too much trouble and he really put my little girl at ease. I’m very grateful for the assistance we received from all staff members involved, and especially to Kyle. We’ll be back for more airbox fun soon!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to airbox with our three year old most Saturday mornings for the past year, he absolutely loves it, the toddler sessions are great and nice and quiet. There is loads of space for the kids to play and the soft play included makes it well worth the admission cost which is incredibly reasonable. It’s a lovely family run business and always have a nice chat with Kyle whenever we come, the cafe is also incredibly reasonably priced and does amazing cakes and sausage sandwiches. We had his third birthday here and I’m certain we will be having his 4th party here as well.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been multiple times and had multiple birthdays here. The parties are always really well organised and the customer service is good. Relatively speaking it’s good value for money given the time you get in the park itself. Definitely worth buying tickets in advance, parking can be a little difficult at times but there is plenty of spaces outside of the main car park.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for someone to take toddlers on a Saturday morning, this is a good should. Clean and well organised. The place keeps them busy and burns some energy, with a nice cafe on site that sells everything you need to refuel them as they bounce their socks off.

Positive experience: Ample parking. Friendly helpful staff. Good video and plenty lockers, £1. Which you get back. Lots of trampolines etc and soft play. No adults on the soft play though! Toilets could be better, but not the worst we've seen.

Fantastic experience: Best place to take over active kids who don't want to be stuck at home all day. Staff are excellent, we didn't have tickets because the website is a bit complicated when trying to buy a ticket but the staff were very kind and helpful. The food is okay for kids.

Negative experience: Second time in a row coming here and half the stuff is shut or cordoned off! The big bounce pad and the wall climber. No warning of this on arrival no price deduction for it either and at 10 per child it’s really not worth the money. Other places have far more things for them to do at the same price but this one is more local to us so use this one more often even thought there’s less to do than the others for the same price. Think it’s time to just drive that little bit further.

Fantastic experience: Took 4 kids on Sunday about 4o'clock wasn't chocca but still plenty there. I had a coffee from the cafe and they ran and bounced around. The time went nowhere, plenty of stewards keeping an eye on groups who tried to break the rules even though you get a video on them before you go in. 4 very sweaty and red faced kids when we left .

Negative experience: Manager has no interpersonal skills whatsoever. Very rude and unprofessional. Having explained 3 times my oldest child was supervising on the toddler bounce and I was taking in my nieces daughter also. She persistently talked over me saying he can’t bounce it’s not a session for him. I acknowledged this and confirmed he was only supervising . She then went on to say the bounce toddler is really only just for 4 years and under and I said I had booked online which stated 6 and under for school holidays (my daughter is 6) so not sure why she continued to try and be awkward about this with me as I have booked correctly with accordance to your online policy. All the while I am being spoken down to and she said I was after an argument! Awful treatment for no reason we won’t be back. I’ve heard other people saying the manager was rude and today we experienced it. Very upsetting and embarrassing in front my own children and other people.

Fantastic experience: Both my sons really enjoy coming here. Good variety of equipment, not just trampolines. Keeps the kids engaged & they do specific sessions for little ones so you can take them without fear bigger kids might intimidate them. Unlike other places in the region, they don't make you sign a disclaimer that makes you give away rights for them to share photos of your children wherever they want(!!). Very glad Airbox don't do this and makes me very happy to take the kids there. We go around once a month and the kids have loads of fun every time. Soft play is really good too and a good viewing area for adults if you don't want to take part. Have a good spacious room for kids parties. Overall would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Having read some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical but decided to take my Nephew on a rainy day. I must say I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, from the man who checked us in at the front desk, to the lovely ladies in the cafe. There was a short safety video before being allowed to bounce, it's only a few minutes long. Once in the trampoline park itself, there was quite a few people (not sure what the capacity is) but despite being busy, I thought there was enough room for all to bounce and have fun. My 6 year old Nephew loved it and was disappointed when the hour was over. We bought a couple of drinks in the cafe, they were very reasonably priced, we might have something to eat there next time as the menu prices for food seemed good vale

Negative experience: Really Disappointing, We Visited Last Year and Enjoyed It, Travelled Over from Hexham Today Having Booked 2 Toddler and 2 Adult Tickets Only to Find Out My Daughter Couldn't Help Me With Her Brothers Because She Was Older Than 4 But Younger Than 16. All 3 of My Children Are Autistic and 1 ADHD so My Daughter is a Great Help. It Was So Busy My Children Got Injured Multiple Times By Other Children and Adults. In The Time We Were Trying to Help the Boys Some Lady's Threw My Daughters Epipens Off Our Table Onto the Floor and We Thought They Had Been Taken. Toilets Were Vile. My Daughter is Quite Distressed This Afternoon. Won't Be Visiting Again

Positive experience: I was a little put off by negative reviews but overall a good time. Negative: very very busy and noisy, obviously kids running everywhere with little reference to the safety video. Positive: Staff on reception very helpful, lovely coffee and traybake in cafe. Pleasant time on a rainy day.

Positive experience: Nice place. Easy to find and large car park. Make sure you check times as we had to wait 1 hour for the next session to start. Kids enjoyed it x

Positive experience: Only a 4 * because I think 1 hour isn't quite long enough. By the time you watch the safety video (which isn't very long) get a seat (which can be difficult at maximum capacity) stop for something to eat (the food is fair by the way) and toilet trips you might have less than 20 mins play time. I think an 1hr 30mins would be more fairer than an hour. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place is clean. The kids love it (let's be fair adults do too)

Negative experience: Well… staff are all useless. Harsh. But true. A young boy with difficulties had an epileptic fit whilst here. Not their fault but how they reacted. Was. They stood at the side done nothing because only 1 member in their whole staff is first aid trained also no where to be seen. They didn’t even know how to dial 999. Like surely trained or not it’s common sense. And to top it off they mis placed 5 presents from a party I was attendee to. Absolutely disgrace. Ran by kids. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: Attended my friends little girls party on the weekend, what a absolute disaster that place is. After a traumatic event with another party member the staff were DREADful. No awareness for the safety of our children.

Negative experience: Day was completely ruined by a “manager” screaming at a young member of staff in the corridor in front of my two young children. Bullying behaviour is not something I care for them to witness on what was supposed to be a fun day out. There is a time and place for this - in private, in a staff room!

Positive experience: Kids had fun and everything they have and offer in the toddler jump session is great. It just needs a bit of TLC.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter and my sister to airbox a good few weeks ago. When we walked in we were greeted with allot of happy faces excitedly waiting to be served by the people that were going to be taking part too. Great prices for the place even though it was the weekend, think it was 25 pound... not a bad bargain for 3 people including a child. When we got in, we had our induction which was insightful, and trampolines were amazing, had an amazing time!

Negative experience: An incident occurred in the premises involving 2 drunk adults and my disabled son. One of the drunk adults landed on my child, causing damage to his back. This resulted in a hospital visit. The adults had previously shown behaviour that indicated they were drunk. Dragging one another along the floor, pushing staff into the foam pit. This incident could have been prevented, had the staff removed the adults prior, instead of laughing with them. In an environment like this, health and safety should be paramount. My son was upset however the manager (owner) showed no concern to my son, he showed more concern on defending the adults not being drunk on his premises. 2 emails have been sent regarding the incident with no acknowledgement replies from Airbox Bounce. They advertise SEN sessions, yet a physically disabled child was hurt in their facility and no concern was given. We have been to the facility many times before this, granted it has always been chaotic and felt like too many children are allowed in the facility at one time, however my son had always enjoyed his visit. A real shame that the owner is more focussed on protecting the companies reputation than having any concern over an injured child in the facility!

Negative experience: This place is a very bad choice, very bad, the hours are low and the price is high, there is no variety of games, only jumping, which does not cost them anything, and the staff constantly say that one hour is over, while maybe in that one hour, the children do not play at all. I suggest that no one should choose there for their child to play.
