Fantastic experience: Can I find out about the possibility of training on my own in your gym? I am 27 years old. I used to do gymnastics, and now I want to get back into shape.

Negative experience: Here is a clear and direct message you can use for feedback or a complaint: ⸻ We attended our first class today and arrived 15 minutes late due to unexpected roadworks and heavy traffic. On arrival, we asked if my child could observe the session since we were not allowed to participate, but this was refused. This felt very unfair, especially as it was our first session and we do not live nearby. The lack of flexibility and understanding was disappointing. There are many other gymnastics classes, including GLL and local ones, that have been far more supportive and accommodating. This experience has made me cancel, I would rather loose 1.5£ per class for the rest of the term than deal with such service.

Positive experience: My Daughter goes to gymnastics here and she loves it. We sometimes go and play badminton with friends and it's such a great time spent there xx. The only thing missing in the newham leisure centre is a good cafe or something so that the parents can sit and relax while the kids go to their respective classes.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has just joined the 5-7y Saturday morning class. She’s had 3 sessions now and she absolutely loves it. She feels both looked after and challenged at the same time. After class she is buzzing with excitement. I just wanted to say thank you for welcoming her and we are so pleased to have find such a positive place for her to progress in her gymnastics.

Fantastic experience: My daughters love this place, as do I and so many others. My youngest daughter attends preschool gymnastics lessons here and she has so much fun every time. She has also made good progress with her gymnastics skills. My oldest daughter is 6 and she has been doing gymnastics here for 2 years. She’s learnt so much since she started her gymnastics journey and she is passionate about the sport thanks to her positive experiences here. She is part of the development squad and has come on so well with her gymnastics skills thanks to the lovely coaches who put so much effort into what they do.

Fantastic experience: Amazing centre for kids. Baby soft play zone is the safest most relaxed place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definite definitely visit regularly.

Fantastic experience: My Daughter has been at this club in the elite squad for 18 months. We moved to this club as it is the only club with this level of facilities and coaches in the London Area. We travel from Essex 4 times a week. The progress my child has made has been amazing. The Team are dedicated and skilled, we are so lucky to be able to be part of this community. We have meet so many families from all over the world who are part of this centre who have welcomed us into this community. We spend a lot of time here in the restaurant and surrounding area. We do not have any facilities or coaches to this level to be able to progress her training for the future to follow in her fathers footsteps to maybe represent GB in the Olympics one day.

The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of equipment that allows gymnasts to develop at their own pace. My child has made remarkable progress here, and it's clear the staff are passionate about nurturing talent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional gymnastics center!

The facilities are top-notch with a wide range of equipment. My Daughter's confidence has soared since going. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and motivating gymnastics environment. you can also find an amazing coffee shop with cameras where you can watch your child and another options of sports - My son loves his Karate lessons!

My daughter is not very athletic to be honest and I am so worried she will end up being a couch potato. coaches in this place are great. they encourage my daughter, keep her positive. I always respect people who do their job with a passion and the coaches here are definitely passionate and I am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Easy to locate, informative, and experienced staff. Soft play is a very good value. My daughter did a couple of summer school sessions, which she really enjoyed. There's a cafe upstairs with screens so you can watch what your kids are doing in the session, which is a plus.

Fantastic experience: Visited last week for a birthday party, as we were a bit late we could only see the cafe area. It was quite nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have Halal food as well. In fact they told me that everything was Halal.

Fantastic experience: We attended birthday party at this place soft play area with kids.they have a big area to play. Kids will love it. It's very nice place for kids. We had snacks at cafe in upstairs.

Negative experience: My son went to this place before COVID a coach called him a girl and when I tried to speak to the coach the owner said he will let us know what was said he never contacted us nothing no investigation was done so took my son out if this happens to your child please make sure you report it to the right authorities all they care about is money

Fantastic experience: Love this club. I've trained in dozens of clubs in the UK and US and this is the best place for adults who want to have a good time while getting their numbers in. There are plenty of open gyms for any schedule and I believe there are three taught sessions per week for adults. Spacious gym, top notch floor (Janssen-Fritsen).

Fantastic experience: I've always loved this place, but I'm even more impressed now they have a much better integrated online booking system. Being linked to Paypal makes it so easy to book. The place is brilliant - great facilities and coaches

Fantastic experience: The quality of teaching from Julia in the adult taught sessions are exceptional. I've had lessons at various different gymnastics centres north and south of the river and this is by far head and shoulders above the rest. The facilities are also great!

Positive experience: Went there for a children's birthday party. My daughter enjoyed herself. They should have 2 hour sessions rather than 1 hour and 15 mins ones. There should also be a dedicated room for eating.

Negative experience: Was going well and my daughter enjoyed it as she had been coming for a few years and boom we committed the cardinal sin of missing their emails for new term payment request. My daughter turns up to enjoy her class with the friends she's made and 5 mins in we are told we have to take her out the class mid session as we didn't make the payment. Accepted our oversight and wanted to pay for the full term there and then, but was told "sorry we have removed her from the class" No concern for how a 4 year old child may feel being asked to leave the class midway through and told we have to sign up to a different class. Would have expected, after a few years of attending almost every week, they would have at least called before removing her name from the class, but no.

The only con is I think they could invest in a few more fans/air con as it was very warm due to the weather however the kids had a wonderful time and the restaurant upstairs was great. Friendly and very helpful staff aswell.

Fantastic experience: My Daughter always wanted to do Gymnastics. When I found out about East London Gymnastics I had to go. The staff there are very respectful, helpful great communication makes you feel relaxed. To be honest you don’t find lots of people in working companies have these skills so well done. I am so proud as a Mum that my Daughter loves it made friends in her class. The atmosphere with parents are amazing. Have no regrets and will encourage parents this is a lovely place for your Daughter and Son they will love it. I know also that people can pass their comment that can put you off. What I can say to that is you go and see for your self and comment your views on East London Gymnastics. Thank you East London Gymnastics your great keep doing what you do best. ;)

Negative experience: Rubbish place rude stuff .just waste the time and money. If I could even I did not choice 1 star ....it is minus 5 star ...I never ever recommend

Fantastic experience: My daughter has attended both pre-school and general gymnastics here for the last year. I am so impressed with the quality of coaching, their expertise shines through - I was particularly impressed at the way in which they also promote skills that are needed for gymnastics that are not in the physical sense (sportsmanship, sensible behaviour whilst waiting, confidence and resilience) and that they hold such an importance on stretching and cool down. These things were imperative for me to find for my child when choosing a club as I was injured as a child due to not realising why I should be stretching outside of the lessons. The coaches knowledge of how to break skills down has meant my daughter has made better than expected progress within her lessons. Attending gymnastics here is the highlight of her week! In particular I found the pre-school classes excellent quality; as a teacher myself, I liked how skills were taught in an age appropriate way and my daughter enjoyed these immensely. I have found all staff to be incredibly friendly, helpful, patient and who just have a positive energy around the children. I thoroughly recommend the classes here!

The staff are friendly and helpful and make every week very enjoyable. The adult sessions are a complete mix of ages and abilities so are suitable for everyone!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending the adult gymnastics class for around 6 months now, and it’s been a highlight of the week. The staff are super friendly, the coaches are supportive and helpful, and the other students are lovely too. The gym is well equipped and it’s a perfect place for beginners but also for those with more experience. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Well established gymnastic centre. Overpriced for what is being taught for younger children, as they spend alot of time sitting around waiting for their turn on each apparatus. The place could do with an update considering parents are charged so much. The carpets are old, toilets are old and not always clean. The customer service is poor as you get threatened that if payments are not made your child will be removed (this is fine but not a few weeks into already paying £180 in fees); this comes across as though this is just a business and each child is not considered individually. I hope this Is taken as constructive criticism and will highlight some improvements that can be made. On a brighter note the gymnastic coaches are phenomenal and I cannot fault their expertise.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the adult’s taught session for a couple of years and absolutely love it. The staff are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and kind, right from the moment you walk into reception. I can’t recommend this place enough. The coaches set a positive tone for the classes, so everyone can’t help but enjoy it, despite classes being challenging. This creates a really warm and spirited atmosphere. The equipment is great, booking system is very simple and the price very reasonable. Whatever age you are, give it a go, without hesitation.

Negative experience: Very expensive. My daughter has been going to this since 6 months. They have taught her things that doesn't need a gymnastics class, can be done by anychild. Don't recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Really good place to train gymnastics, just wish it wasn't so far from me. Its well kitted out. I'm not a pro gymnast so not sure if it caters to that audience, but as someone who enjoys calisthenics this is a solid place to dabble in gymnastics

Negative experience: I called them today to ask if they do any gymastics sessions for special needs or kids with autism. They said no. Which is a big shame. Kids with autism are hyperactive and show.more interest in gymnastics.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly gym club. Great for adult gymnastics as their sessions are very frequent, affordable and well run. Looking forward to developing some new skills over the months to come! Such good quality equipment too, makes a huge difference when training!

Fantastic experience: Huge soft play area with covid rules in place. First you have to book in advance then they check your temperatures before going into the hall.. I was very pleased that rules were in place. It's a clean area with lots of activities for kids.. Will go again

Fantastic experience: Very clean professional& relax environment. Sanitizer gel is offered in every area and product s to clean the gym equipment. We ate in the cafe' up and the food was very nice you can find vegan option and very delicious fresh make fruit and vegetables smoothies. They have a selection of organic ice cream healthy and vegan too
