Momentum Training - Spin Studio

Fantastic experience: Eli is the best. From the music to The specificity of instruction, she gets you the best spin workout you could expect.

Negative experience: I tried the spinning classes with the intro pack. I loved them! Great atmosphere, great music! Love the venue. Timings before and after work as well - perfect. There is however a heavy smell of mould. You can also see mould on the walls, and this is the reason for the 2 stars. It is a big space and probably hard to ventilate, but mould is a fungus and can cause respiratory problems. I can’t see it being ok in a place where people breath heavily and exercise. I really wish you could remove it as I would love to go there regularly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve done a CrossFit foundations class in the gym next door and I regularly take part in spinning classes. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend spin classes at Momentum. I'm a member of Momentum's main gym (next door) and was really happy that they decided to open a spin studio. The space has a cool design, the music is great, and every instructor has a different vibe which adds variety to the weekly schedule. Most importantly for me, the classes really challenge you (whatever level you come in at) and you start to notice an increase in your fitness levels after just a couple of weeks!

Fantastic experience: Genuinely so happy to see a spin studio in this part of town! Loved the friendly, fun team and quality bikes. Well worth a visit - good amenities and space. Also very close to Broadway market if you keep walking down the canal, so it's a good weekend / pre-dinner activity.

Fantastic experience: Started going to Momentum Spin as I'm a member of their gym next door. It's a great space in the arches, and above all the sound system and spin bikes give me a great workout. Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: I am a regular at the Momentum gym next door, but have come to love these spin classes as an addition to my usual routine. The music is great and well complimented by the oversized disco balls in the corner of the studio. The classes are good because you can dress them up, or down depending on how you’re feeling and you have opportunity to really challenge oneself if you’re so inclined.
