Fantastic experience: Lovely gym, staff are very friendly and the equipment is in great shape. Membership prices are great too - a lot of the gyms I've seen around Leeds charge a fair whack so it's great to be able to pay £30 or less per month.

Negative experience: I joined this gym after the pandemic. I went to the induction, had a 60 minute session. I felt pleased at first with the look of the facility, despite feeling unwelcome with two dogs at the reception was weren’t approachable. I attended for a couple months, I have to say the facilities are clean and looked after but it’s just the hospitality that lacks and the customer service. I wanted to cancel my membership as I just felt as though I couldn’t fit in, this is really where I can’t offer any more than one star because I was contacted by debt agencies that I owed money despite cancelling my membership within the 30 day notice period and having paid every month that I attended. I contacted reception & they claimed they were unaware and weren’t at all helpful. This of course caused anxiety and worry. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and happy I found another gym.

Fantastic experience: Profit28 is without doubt the best gym ever! There’s lots of classes, lots of variety, lots of equipment, the instructors are all amazing (especially Jenn and Sarah!) The gym is a really comfortable space and easy to feel at home in. It’s not like any gym I’ve ever been to before, it’s a real family run business and my social life now revolves around this place

Positive experience: Great gym with all the expected facilities arranged over three floors. Even at peak time there is a good amount of space and equipment. There is also a good selection of classes though I did not use them. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is a few too many times no one was at the front desk and there are some minor maintenance issues that still need to be addressed (one of the bathroom taps, soap dispenser in men's changing room).

Negative experience: Covid deniers, so really concerned me about their cleaning regimen. While the span of equipment was alright, I have two words. Be careful.

Negative experience: Good gym and great range of equipment. However... Giving 1 star because I was forced to pay over COVID closure months when the gym was not open. I am now moving out of the area and they will not allow me to cancel my membership! Even though my contract states that I can get out of the contract early if I am relocating! The way they have handled this whole pandemic with their members has been shocking, it is extremely crafty and sneaky. It’s a shame I have to write this review, as the gym itself is a great. The way I have been treated would put me off ever returning to these money grabbers.

Negative experience: Nice new equipment and not overly busy, so machinery etc is usually, easily accessible. Some of the staff act like youve just interupted the most important conversation in the world, if you approach reception and on two occasions, I've stood at reception and have been completely ignored. The gym itself is actually really nice, apart from the smell of dogs in reception, occasionally. Staff bring their dogs to work, so there is an odour that lingers.

Positive experience: A well run very clean gym. All equipment works and they have heating in the winter. I went to this gym after my other gym of 7 years nearby changed hands and feel it suits me. Clean showers toilets
