Fantastic experience: Good Latte and nice place to post up and work

Negative experience: Overcroweded place, ppl everywhere, food stalls right at the entrance, no space for ppl to move, not a single table on sight to eat your food..nor a single shade, it was over 30c yesterday... Really unconfortable place, waste of time coming here.

Negative experience: Not impressed, arrived Before midday and they were still setting up. Went on to view Ridley Road Market, which was entertaining.

Positive experience: Came here for the Japanese Christmas Market over the weekend and had a good time. Quite a lot of interesting stalls to check out. We found the place to be a bit crowded though

Fantastic experience: Has clean toilets. Lovely cafe, and cute little shops. Enjoyed visiting the kimono studio. The lady in there has the best customer service and her kimonos are authentic.

Positive experience: The gallery itself is nicely planned and with different exhibitions is able to display a lot of different magnificent pieces Although, as Ukrainian I find it really offending that a lot of artists who's works were displayed were russian.. It truly represents ignorance towards vast problems that need to be solved at least by not tolerating terrorists in such wonderful places as that gallery is.. (The exhibitions I visited name was "Future stars" by the Holy art gallery)

Fantastic experience: Nice venue, lots of interesting vendors including a piercing shop, hairdressers, small art gallery. I go here twice a year for the Yokimono Japanese market. There’s a cute little French themed cafe/coffee place inside too

Negative experience: Really disappointed. Advertised as lots of diverse businesses but quite limited on arrival. Food service was very slow and also quite limited.

Fantastic experience: A quite large space with a large window display bathed in a blue neon light. The Artwork is mainly student pieces and are really good and interesting. The Gallery is near a very busy and entertaining area. Worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Incredible venue for our first ever pop up event! Mehmed was extremely attentive and nothing was a problem. The rooms to hire are gorgeous, and the whole venue is sparkling clean and buzzing with beautiful energy. It's a very special space! Easy to get to via tube and lots of the small businesses located there are very lovely and supportive of people hiring the space too.

Positive experience: Great day out to visit the factory, Japanese exhibition inside, few food stalls, more clothing and art work inside.

Fantastic experience: Incredible service, Clara the gallery manager is friendly and so supportive in getting to know the artists personally when displaying work in the gallery as well as incredibly knowledgeable on the industry, if you're looking for a place to present your work or even a place to visit in London, please definitely give the holy art gallery at the factory a browse while you're waiting for an excellently prepared coffee from the onsite coffee shop, if you're in the area, or even not in the area definitely give it a browse and pop into the myriad of other retailers onsite, you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: The Factory is the coolest new venue in London. A great place to shop in some great independent boutiques and relax with a coffee and a bite to eat from the fantastic cafe. A great venue to hold an event or for filming. Mehmed is a super host, really friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: The factory itself seems like a good.place to find independents but we went to a Japanese Christmas Market that we didn't think was very Japanese of festive. Otherwise worth a look in if you are in the area for some interesting small businesses/shops.

Fantastic experience: Such an incredible hidden gem. So many awesome indie businesses in a cool new indoor shopping area. Shop small and support small businesses here. Avoid the cmhughstreet chains and buy direct from makers and designers. Love it!
