Fantastic experience: Really enjoyable day out with my family. Great costumer service very efficient and swiftly responding. My favourite bit was the ice tub the best. Very clean and welcoming. Very specious steam and sauna. Will certainly return.

Fantastic experience: Topnotch might be tucked away up a corner in the center of the city, but don’t overlook this hidden gem. Past the unassuming exterior, you will find everything a gym goer needs. The staff are friendly and helpful and have created an inclusive and welcoming environment. The Personal Trainers are great. Over the past year, I have been having PT sessions with Chip, he is knowledgeable, patient (I often need things explaining more than once!) and pushes me to achieve my best in a supportive and encouraging way. With his guidance I have become stronger, fitter and more confident in a gym setting. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with exceptionally knowledgeable PTs who understand the complexities of day-to-day life and can still create training programmes that fit seamlessly into busy routines.

Fantastic experience: I chose Topnotch Worcester initially for the swimming pool, as I needed to recover from a period of severe sciatica, and it was the best choice in Worcester. I then progressed to personal training with Chip and the results have been transformative. The time with Chip has given me confidence that I'm on the right path, building strength everyday. My back pain has gone and I know that Topnotch, combined with Chip's knowledge and experience, is the best place to continue my progress.

Fantastic experience: Do yourself, and your loved ones a favour and join this gym. Since joining this gym 3 years ago, not only am I in the best physcal shape of my life, after training in all sorts of gyms all around the world for the last 25 years, but because of the friendly, confident and most importantly, competent staff (special shoutout to my PT Ciprian aka Chip aka Coach aka The Artist) my mental health and overall mood is the best it's ever been, especially when I walk out of the gym; did someone say Cloud 9?!! No this is NOT a paid promotion, yes Topnotch Worcester is the best gym around, by far and without a doubt (no offense other gyms) and yes you should join asap. Fantastic experience: I've been visiting this gym for a while and always feel completely welcome and comfortable, there are people of all ages and fitness level that visit the gym which is great to see as some gyms are a bit intimidating. I visit 2/3 times a week and always see a friendly face on the reception desk. The team are always available, really friendly and happy to help if needed but also happy just to let you go about your work out. The facilities are great. The machines are top quality, kept clean and maintained. There are new machines and wellness equipment being added following member feedback which is fantastic. The women's only gym is fantastic as is the spin area and Hit/Hyrox area. The pool and wellness area is always clean and provides a great area to relax after a workout. There are many classes, something to suit everyone and at any level of fitness journey! The class leaders are friendly and knowledgeable and there is a comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone who wants to work out in a relaxing, comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it here. Feels very much a family. Been using the gym for around 4 years and it’s being consistently improved. The Aqua Zumba and aqua aerobics are brilliant with fabulous instructors. Highly recommended

Positive experience: This is in a great location, good for public transport and underneath a multistorey carpark. A well equipped gym and a swimming pool. The gym has many different fitness training sessions and group activities.

Negative experience: On visiting for the first time with a view to join, i felt the girl who showed me around wasnt the most hospitable represent her company and a new gym member. she seemed as if she was dragging her feet to get on and didnt seem to have any enthusiasm or spirit towards me, i felt enless you are the super cool girl and buy into the ego and imagage thing the gym seems to air you dont fit. I would feel very uncomfortable at this gym for that reason and the very fact they have many rooms with an enormous display of equipment and many different rooms, i would feel quite overwhelmed fearing i wouldnt enjoy my experience. Also iiving off a low income the off peak membership would be the only membership i could afford they want the full payment of the full year up front there is no negotiation on this , i felt it had a very nice gym selection of equipment but also seemed very unfriendly lacking any warmth/ adding to this i have phoned and visited many and i have to say i have found 1 ive actually been to several times in history where they are so much more friendly driven to help and give the best such nice people and are very accommodating in pay monthly or no contract pay month by month at slightly less than top notch and is a high class hotel suit. So sorry top notch you have not delivered for me thankyou though it was worth a look in..

Fantastic experience: Worth the money spent, rather than going to a more expensive gym, this is in the best location. It got a really good sauna, pool and people.

Negative experience: Please stop sending me text messages on how to join your gym, I never signed up to your gym, I don’t want to, have replied stop but they still keep coming. Please no more junk messages. No stars for junk mail.

Negative experience: Not the best gym ,the showers are smelly and dirty ,machines not always working nothing looks that clean, why it's called topnotch I don't know!!! Nah not for me

Negative experience: I rarely leave reviews, but I've been really disappointed by my experience here. I signed up for a membership in order to swim - it was quite costly as they don't offer any swim only memberships. Since joining, on multiple occasions parts have been closed, or unpleasant to use. The sauna has been shut, and the pool is currently closed, which I did not receive any notice about - I only found out when I had travelled 30 minutes to get there. When the pool has been open, there has been a strong, unpleasant smell, for quite a few weeks now. I emailed their helpdesk to ask about a partial refund, given that I couldn't use the pool, as was my only intention when buying a membership, but I was told as the membership was for the whole gym, there was nothing they could do. I understand these kind of maintenance issues happen, but for a 'top notch' gym, the frequency of these issues, and the help offered by customer service when they happen has been really disappointing.

Positive experience: It have a nice swimming pool underground but for a short period, it was smelly. In showers the water is extremely warm-hot, the temperature is fixed. Nice sauna but mixed. Some lookers in the changing room are broken so they stole my phone. Nice and friendly staff. Not a lot of gym classes at the weekend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Topnotch gym Worcester for 18 months now and I highly recommend. I joined with the goals to improve my fitness and mental health. I can honestly say it’s been the best decision, I feel that I have reached my goals and much more. There’s such a friendly community at this gym and Barbie and Dino are absolute superstars. The classes are excellent with such a range to choose from. I love how this gym offers a pool, steam room and sauna too, such a bonus!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for nearly 7 years and I would not even consider any other gym! The quality and variety of the equipment are second to none!! The facilities are 'Top Notch' and the staff are friendly, polite and could not be more helpful! Special shoutout to Barbie who is one of the instructors...I have been attending her classes for about 2.5 years now, she is highly energetic, driven, intuitive and knows how to get the very best out of all her clients and thanks to her I am now the fittest I have been my whole life!! I can't sign off the review without a special mention to Dino, the reception would not be the same without him!! Dino also knows how to push all the attendants of his classes to achieve their limits!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym since it opened, and I must say that the staff is fantastic, from the receptionist to the teachers, but I couldn't help but highlight Balazs' classes, which are the best, after his fun Zumba class, I'm sure you'll leave Happy there are no bad days with balazs. Ellie with her smile and a friendly word always with her pump classes one of the best too and Dino with his ability to always keep you positive thank you to the rest of the team for everything you are all fantastic yes the best gym in Worcester without a doubt

Fantastic experience: I have tried out alot of gyms in Worcester & this one is by far the best! I have been a member for almost 5 years & i wouldn’t go anywhere else. Huge respect for two in particular instructors, Barbie & Dino! Barbie is the most passionate, motivating instuctor you will ever meet. She is full of fresh ideas & will push you to your potential. Dino is a huge ball of energy, who will build a rapport with everyone creating a friendly atmosphere. It takes alot to show up every single day and put in 100% when teaching a class & these guys never put in anything less.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined the gym, really impressed with all the classes I’ve tried so far. The gym is friendly with great instructors! Barbie is awesome and gives it her all in every class she leads… couldn’t ask for more, supportive, positive and pushes you hard!

Fantastic experience: I don’t live in Worcester , but every time when I visit I buy a day pass to the gym. I love the sauna the steam room , the swimming pool and I used to go for a Zumba class with Balazs.

Fantastic experience: This is the most friendliest and convenient Gym in Worcester. Great facilities and the Classes are well run and enjoyable for Everyone. In particular my personal favourite is Zumba with Balazs where he chooses great music and regular new dances. It’s all about having Fun and Balazs is a patient instructor and me as someone with 2 left feet I amaze myself by what I have learned as well as getting fitter and healthier. I especially love Barbie and Dino's classes, they are fun as well as challenging and they always push you to achieve your best potential. Fantastic experience: Top gym! Absolutely love it and it's not just me but my two daughters enjoy it too, it welcomes all ages and abilities. Central location, lovely people and fab classes led by energetic and enthusiastic instructors especially Barbie, she's another level! Fantastic experience: I joined this gym 3 years ago with no real goals, I was just feeling unhappy after moving from a physical job role and suffering with alopecia, Barbie & Dino's classes gave me back what I was missing, not only physically but mentally too! I have in the last year completed - 3 half marathons and hyrox (to name a few) through fantastic coaching and great friendships I have made along the way! My alopecia has also massively improved & not even noticeable any more! Good facilities, a relaxing pool and amazing staff! What more could you ask for!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous facilities and very warm and friendly staff. I've been a member here since September and was given a great welcome and induction! I've really enjoyed the classes - spin class with Bea and Olivia and also the yoga classes with Kate and Tracy. I also really enjoy being able to have a swim during the mornings!

Positive experience: Have been a regular for past five years. Great range of facilities which means I can vary my routine which keeps me coming back. Friendly staff and a warm atmosphere which has helped me attend as have been experiencing ill mental health. I have been fortunate to benefit from friends of fitness membership which has been gratefully received. I would recommend for all.

Fantastic experience: i use this place mainly for the pool as need a hip operation which precludes some of the stuff I used to do. The pool can be absolutely empty if you time it right ( find afternoons are good and avoiding the early morning rush) . Lovely atmosphere and people who come here, know so many to chat to in the sauna , steam room and when getting changed . Would not hesitate to recommend to others . I have the car park for free as part of my membership which is great .

Fantastic experience: Fabulously friendly gym. Classes are excellent, especially the HIIT lab, Grit and Bodycombat with Barbie Webster she is an inspirational coach, getting you through some tough workouts. They may look hard and a little intimidating but we honestly have fun along the way. Never thought I could be where I am now and determined to see how far this fitness journey takes me. Give it a go

Loving the Les Mills HIIT & Functional Fitness classes - loads to choose from - but PT Barbie is a real motivator & the main reason why I show up for the early morning classes. Nice vibe, would recommend to anyone. Management - please get a SkiErg & wallball target asap
