Fantastic experience: Fab and friendly!! Been coming to these classes for a few years now and they are so much fun! Clubbercise on a Monday and Pound fit on a Wednesday! Both really great and it doesn't even feel like you're exercising!! Anyone can come along and everyone is welcome!
