Health & Fitness Studio Windmill is located in Milton Keynes. Set in the heart of the community, we offer programs for beginners and for fitness and gym enthusiasts of all age ranges. Our speciality is the Milon Circle an innovative training concept based on the latest findings in sports science. A personalised 35min full body training program with guaranteed personal fitness success. Our gym has an excellent connection to Bletchley and surrounding areas.
