Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for 5 years and it’s a wonderful place to exercise. Steph runs a variety of classes and 121 sessions which have helped me get fitter, learn some new barbell skills and have a laugh.

Fantastic experience: A space that needs to be seen to be believed. Tucked away just off the popular Chester Road, BeautiBeats offers a fitness experience like nothing else. Classes, treatments, events, yoga, 1-2-1 sessions and everything in between, the place has it all. A must visit.

Fantastic experience: I have visited beautibeats on a couple of occasion's for lashes, brows and spray tan and I can honestly say I always get the best results. My lashes stay long for months, my brows are always perfect and my tan stays on for longer than any other spray tan and never have any streaks or imperfections! I won’t go anywhere else for beauty appointments. Steph and her mam are amazing at what they do!

Steph and Bernadette are the most welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff and put their customers at the heart of everything they do. Huge variety of classes including dance and barbell, as well as open gym and 1-2-1s so there’s something for everyone no matter what your fitness levels. Beauty treatments are so relaxing and Steph is the best at spray tanning - absolute perfection! Would 100% recommend giving BeautiBeats a try, you definitely won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of different gyms. Classes are all different each time so you never get bored and neither does your body. There's also open gym too where you can go to do your own workout. Steph is so knowledgeable helpful and her passion is infectious. All of the members are so friendly, the atmosphere is like a club feel which is really hard to get. It has honestly given me a new love for fitness. All ages and fitness levels can go. I have also used the salon part to get gel nails and the service was amazing and loved my nails. If you get a chance to go to BeautiBeats give it a go, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have joined the gym in January and I can not put down in words how much it has positively changed my life. The trainer is dynamic inspirational and supportive of all the members. Stef really cares and goes over and beyond to support us. There are a variety of classes and open gym for members. The classes are full of energy and I always leave feeling better and happier. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive of each other. It definitely is a unique gym.

Fantastic experience: Taking part in Steph’s dance classes guarantees to bring joy to your day. Especially if it’s been a toughie. She is always encouraging and smiley. Steph really cares about her BB family and even if life gets in the way and you miss a few classes, she doesn’t forget about you and sends you gently nudges to encourage you back. Over the years I’ve also been lucky enough to have treatments done by Bernadette, ranging from lash lifts to gel nails and massages. She has the hands of an angel. There’s no better beautician in our area.

Fantastic experience: An all round little gem on Chester Road. Beauty services and a gym/dance studio. Great personal trainer in Steph who plans personalised sessions for me during 1:1/2 sessions. Knowledgeable, committed and passionate about fitness. Beauty - I have had a number of treatments and pamper packages and would even go as far to say as they are better than Seaham Hall! My little bit of heaven leaves me feeling relaxed and zen!

Fantastic experience: Had my daughter's birthday party at BeautiBeats last week and Steph was amazing from start to finish. Everything from organising to the delivery of activities on the day to engaging and keeping the 15 children who attended happy, she was just fantastic, as were her 2 colleagues. The girls loved the party have asked to book again for next year. Thanks for everything and for making the girls birthday so fun and special.

Fantastic experience: Beautibeats on Chester Road, Sunderland offer the very best personal care/experience in one to one training/fitness classes (for all age groups) and do fabulous personslised Children's parties. Their neauty treatments have to be the Best, Sunderland has to offer and my recent experience with the lovely Bernadette, was fab-u-lous. From entering this beauyltifully decorated salon, to leaving, you are made so welcome and relaxed, not rushed and everything tailored to your personal requirements. Ive had gel nails, eyebrow wax and tint, lash lift and a massage and all carried out smoothly, professionally and Bernadette most definitely has the ligjtest touch ever. Both Steph and Bernadette are great examples of providing good old fashioned excellent customer service with fabulous interpersonal skills too. The quality of the overall provision by Beautibeats is second to none. Highly recommend for all your needs

Fantastic experience: First visit last Friday for gel polish hands and feet.Received really lovely warm welcome and the ambience was perfect.Beautifully decorated salon and very friendly and professional mam and daughter both hard at work.Im ashamed of nails as have bitten them all my life but it appears Bernadette has performed major surgery as after some very relaxing time later I could not believe how nice they were.excellent value for money and I've since booked for a lash lift after having the procedure carefully explained.nothing was too much trouble and good old fashioned perfect customer service with a lovely cuppa and biscuit offered too.im a bit late to the "beauty," services and have recently dipped toe in water by trying a few local salons but this one wins hands down on every point.cant wait to return but won't be for nails yet as they've never flickered since last Friday still look salon fresh.Cant recommend highly enough.The exercise classes sound great as do the childrens parties.what an absolute hidden gem!!!!Carol Smith

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, I train here 6 days a week here there is lots of different classes to chose from. You can also have beauty treatments. I get an eye package every three week and lvl lift which enhances your own eyelashes. But there are other treatments you can have. The staff are so helpful in every way and make you feel very welcome at all times ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Paid for the wife to get some treatments there and neither of us could fault the experience. I had really good communication from the owner (wasn't really sure what I was getting so she explained everything) and the wife was extremely happy with the treatments she received. Was so impressed we're booking the kids in for some of the children's fitness activities they do. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place to train and get pampered. Beautiful friendly staff who are excellent at their job. 121 personal training sessions are the best ever. Only fitness venue I have ever been to that has a wonderful feel about it and really genuine customers who don't judge. Can't recommend this place enough. Also caters for party's ❤❤❤

Negative experience: Paid for nails and eye brows to be done for the wife and she was less than impressed by the quality of the nails and seemed to be rushed out! Very poor
