After years of taking multiple different classes, the instructors are as welcoming and encouraging as the first day I started. Not only can you see your fitness improve but your confidence too, it is a place anyone can go and feel like home for an hour. If you have doubts about trying any of the classes that scarlet fever has to offer, there is no need to worry - it's a place where people are encouraging and everyone is there to learn and have a great time. The studio also offers private lessons which are fantastic if you want to get that extra bit of help or fancy trying out before you book a class.
