Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been to. Was a complete newby to Crossfit when I joined and the coaches were all incredibly patient and supportive. I've been a member for about 15 months now and absolutely love it. Coaches are experts and all members, including the elite athletes are incredibly supportive and encouraging. The gym welcomes all ages, shapes and sizes and fitness levels with scaling options for all abilities.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended . Every class it is expertly coached and the programming is exemplary . Booking available no waiting time once a member one’s has access to the gym 24 hours . Great location with lots of parking , abundant equipment and most of all friendly fellow athletes .
