It's even got a dungeon sun bed and a ladies only gym! There is even a limited selection of supplements available for purchase! The gym accepts cash or takes card payment! Top old school gym

Fantastic experience: First day Training here today after taking a tour of the place on Tuesday. After having a look around I can honestly say this gym is a proper old school gym and I felt at ease and very welcome here. This gym is now my personal and only choice of gym from now on and I 1000 % recommend this gym to anyone whose looking for a very relaxed and welcoming place to train.

Staff are very helpful and professional.The equipment is modern and the gym is kept totally spotless and clean.There is good parking facilities too.Over all there is no gym in the area which offers such value for money that has so much too offer.
