Negative experience: Very disappointed as they cancel classes at short notice, resulting in you losing classes within their restricted class bundle! Never given the opportunity of carrying them forward! All about their financial gain not the clients

Fantastic experience: Thursday’s flow class with Susie is fantastic. Susie has the ability to guide a class which speaks to everyone in the room regardless of experience. Offering adaptations for both more flexible and experienced participants as well as those just starting out. The studio itself has a lovely calming energy which immediately allows you to arrive in your own space ready to leave calmer than you arrived.

Fantastic experience: I went to whitespace yoga studios when I attended a pilates training course in May. Firstly free parking always a winner, a beautiful town, a stunning and very interesting building. And then you walk in, you remove your shoes so it feels like you are at home. A lovely bar area with homemade flapjacks and teas and coffees and cold drinks for hot days. Very clean, very friendly staff. And then studios kitted out with lots of yoga and pilates equipment. I attended one yoga class with Jamie and although for advanced and I am clearly a beginner he was brilliant, very calming, knowledgeable and moved with brilliance. I would hirely recommend for both training courses and classes.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Whitespace Yoga and Pilates studios for 5 years and its a little haven of peace and tranquility! The studio itself is very beautiful, the teachers are first class and staff are always so welcoming. There's a good mix of regular yoga and pilates classes, plus special workshops like breathwork, art and sound baths. I've undertaken both yoga and pilates teacher training with Whitespace and the teaching quality is very high.

Fantastic experience: I held my Spiritual Spa Retreat Day here and have already booked the next. The space is full of uplifting energy and the perfect size. The internet connection, sound and equipment to make people comfortable in their ‘spot’, is exceptional. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional and the catering was OFF THE SCALE! Amazing I held a 9hr retreat there and we did not have one single hitch

Negative experience: In the past I really loved yoga at Whitespace. I gave them 5 stars. It was super friendly, supportive, happy and spiritual. It was so great over lockdown too. However, over the last few years it changed owners, branding, multiple yoga teachers, and pricing. Sadly, due to those changes I left & can no longer reccomend it :-(

Fantastic experience: I completed a Yoga introduction course in November 2018. When I came to the end of my 2 week free taster session (after the 4 week course), I didn’t hesitate to take out an unlimited membership. I manage 2-3 classes a week, and I love them. I miss the classes when I can’t attend. All the staff are wonderful, very warm and welcoming, and I particularly like the new app. Highly recommended if you’re thinking of starting Yoga.

Fantastic experience: I really look forward to the time I can spend at The White Space Studio. It's a real treat and I always leave feeling peaceful. The environment is friendly, warm and welcoming. You're greeting by low lighting, candles and a smile! It's a no phone zone, which is brilliant - you get some proper you time with no distractions. There's a large range of classes at different times, which is great if you can't attend your regular class, there's plenty of alternatives to choose from. All of the teachers are lovely and there's a good range of types of teaching style, so you're bound to find a class that suits you! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have been doing the mindfulness sessions here, and I love it! It's such a cute, cosy environment and the teachers and staff are all wonderful!

Positive experience: Very experienced instructors. Very knowledgeable about all forms of yoga and Pilates. Flexible drop in no need to book. Pay for 1 class at a time,multiple blocks or membership. However, old building can be V cold and drafty also Very costly to go regularly.

Fantastic experience: It's like coming home - every time you step through the door you are met by the warmth and openness of the amazing staff. Those feelings of comfort you'd associate with stepping through the front door of your own home. Whitespace is a home from home and even after your first visit you know it's something special and that your family had grown - everyone you meet shares and contributes to your experience; the teacher, the front desk yogis, other students and all the friend you make! Fantastic experience: My first Hatha class with Deborah in July 2014 was the first yoga class where I felt I was taught truly from the heart: every teacher, every class, every workshop, every meditation I have regularly attended over the last year has met with the high standard set in that first summer evening. I have become a member at Whitespace because I feel inspired to physical and emotional and spiritual health by a community that exudes calm and loving energy. It is a privilege and blessing to know these inspirational people and they have given me a heart-space haven in which I find peace and welcome.

Fantastic experience: A fabulous place, I took a Beginners Course which had me committed. The teachers are amazing and help you get the most out of every class you attend. There is something for everyone, whatever your ability.

Fantastic experience: Since discovering this sanctuary of peace and calm 10 months ago I have not looked back. I started with a beginners Pilates course and then sometime after I attended a beginners Yoga class. I now drop into a Pilates class, a Yin Yoga class and a meditation class each week and can honestly say it has had a huge positive impact on my life. I not only feel more relaxed and in control but stronger, fitter and more flexible. The whole atmosphere from the minute you step through the door is wonderful and so tranquil, the staff always greet you with a warm welcome and will always take time to answer any queries I may have. The regular emails and Facebook updates keep me up to speed with all that is happening and any special events that may be taking place. So if you are looking for somewhere where you can safely go and in the knowledge that you will be well looked after then this "little gem" is the place for you. Don't put off until tomorrow what you could do today - trust me you won't look back :-)

Fantastic experience: Whitespace is my favourite place in Milton Keynes. It makes me happy and relaxed as soon as I walk through the door. All of the teachers are friendly, amazingly talented and super experienced - it is by far the best yoga I have ever done. The volunteers who work at the studio are like friends and help create this special haven that I would be lost without!

Fantastic experience: Whitespace is a great place and I'm so glad I made the effort last year to try it out. The staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. The teachers are knowledgeable and patient. I was recovering from an ankle injury and I could take the lessons at the pace I needed to. One thing I like is that you don't feel a sense of competition or pressure in the classes. I love the sense of peace and tranquility at Whitespace.

Fantastic experience: I've had a beginners class here and really enjoyed it. Despite being a chap, and inflexible I didn't feel out of place. I've also bought gift vouchers for my partner on a few occasions and the value is fantastic, for what is a great present.

Fantastic experience: Special place! I first came to Whitespace in 2011. I was at a time in my life where I was trying to deal with some personal 'stuff' and yoga was suggested to me. I didn't realise at the time how powerful yoga could be for the whole body and especially the mind. My journey at Whitespace has been amazing. I've attended many workshops and sessions. I particularly found the Dharma workshop helpful and in both 2013 & 2014 developed vision boards that really helped my focus and spiritual development. I've recently had a baby and I found the pregnancy classes and one to one with Dawn amazing. They really helped me to be prepared and I had no pain relief and a super quick labour!! My nearly 5 month old baby girl and I now attend baby yoga weekly and she is starting to really develop! I'm at another stage in my growth and journey again and I'm finding the Chakra workshops incredible. I'm blown away by how I'm changing and I'm excited!! Being a new Mummy I've also got some aches and pains and the Bliss Fest I recently attended was wonderful. Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. So relaxing and another element to supporting my journey. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Whitespace for a while now as its such a lovely hidden little gem. I love the serenity I get from a yoga session. It helps me to slow down and take note of my body. I suffer from endo and I found the yoga really helped me to focus on something other than the pain. It really helped me to power through and in the end I was able to fall pregnant. I now go to baby yoga with my son (5 months) and we love it. Its helped us bond and my little one is getting such stimulation that he is developing beautifully. Not to mention the wonderful people you meet at classes. All their teachers are amazing too. I highly recumbent them its well worth it. A little light when you are in the dark! Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic experience: This place is a great environment to learn and practice yoga. Anyone looking to start learning, this is the place to go. Certain classes are popular so when it gets busy, it can be a tight squeeze, so arrive earlier if you want a guaranteed space! Teachers achieve a great balance between being personal and professional. You can tell that teaching is a real passion, rather than a 'job'. They also organise trips abroad which look so amazing! I go for 2 x 1 hour classes, back to back and feel the benefits after, especially as I have a tense desk job. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I love Whitespace. I started attending classes here in January 2015. The past few years had been tough and I was looking for a place to find more balance in my life through yoga. I found it here. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel better. Whitespace Studio is small enough to be friendly and personal, but it has a very big heart and a big choice of teachers and yoga styles. I have found every teacher to be fantastic and I feel so much better. Classes are very supportive and encouraging and really do attract people of all ages and from all walks of life. I recommend it highly.
