Fantastic experience: I wanted to try reformed Pilates to feel stronger and take my mind off life. I had Classes with all Different teachers and the vibe and guidance was always on point and helpful. The studio itself is perfect for my taste. It’s simple, neat, clean, there is light in the studio and feels airy and bright. Facilities are great, showers, toilet and changing room are clean and spacious with all necessities, including hair drier,streightenwr, body cream , hair ties and all you might have forgotten and need. The price for classes are definitely worth it. And I am quite stingy, I just confess!
Fantastic experience: Great studio, great instructor. I did my first reformer session in a long time with Lucy yesterday who guided me superbly through the exercises. Professional and encouraging all the way whilst understanding the limitations caused by injury or inflexibility and adapting things accordingly. Looking forward to my next session.

Negative experience: You’d like to think after getting sued for multi millions that they might have tried to focus on safety a little more. Unfortunately that’s not the case. If you want to be safe and not suffer an ijury then go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, best whole-body workout. Excellent instruction, music that lifts, gorgeous studio and right outside the tube. Nick for the focused morning kick off and best play list. Leto for the muscle-trembling, fight-for-your-life session. Can't recommend this studio enough.

Fantastic experience: Really nice pilates studio. Teachers are knowledgable and the space is very nice. Only been to a few classes in this studio so far, but have been to many other pilates classes and I feel the classes are challenging. They have a good intro offer, great opportunity to try the class at a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic spinning classes, best in NW3. Pilates classes are also very good. Trainers are super engaged and motivating, they get the best out of you. Staff is super friendly. I always leave with a smile.
