Barretique

Fantastic experience: I am thrilled to have found Barretique. This is a very thorough, well paced class with teachers who pay attention to students unique needs but are not afraid to offer a challenging series of barre and floor work that is both challenging and transforming Teachers Sara and Susannah maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the studio - a delightful mix of mindful focus and good humour ! Fantastic experience: I feel truly grateful that I have discovered this Barre class. The instructors are well trained, friendly and very focused on each person (correcting posture, noticing improvements). How they manage to do this I have no idea! It’s incredible. The women who attend have offered me a community I didn’t know I needed. I absolutely love this class and even if I moved neighbourhoods, I would come back to Hampstead just to attend it.
