Positive experience: The class are short (20 min) but still intense. It depends highly on the person imparting the class that day. Warm up and cool down are given on video, which I didn’t really like. There is no much atmosphere. You just go, do the training of the day, and leave.

Fantastic experience: I recommend Powerwave Beckenham to anyone who wants to be part of a close community and a kind and caring personal service. I broke my ankle in the summer and all of the instructors have gone above and beyond to look after my recovery, general wellbeing, giving me adapted workouts despite a busy class and keeping me sane and fit throughout my rehab. I’ve met so many other lovely people here too especially with the events that Sue (owner) hosts.

Fantastic experience: I joined 2 weeks ago and have been very impressed. It's perfect for a lunchtime as the 20 min sessions fit in really well. I prefer it to a normal gym as each session is different so doesn't become repetitive. I feel like I have done a workout when finished! It's a nice friendly atmosphere. No one is judging, it is very supportive. I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Tough work outs but only 20 minutes a session with such good results. Everyone here is so friendly I never used to be cong enough to work out on my own but happy to go here alone.

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly recommend. Been a member for 2 years and it’s such a friendly place, suitable for all levels for fitness. All the coaches are knowledgeable and professional, members friendly. Amazing full body workouts in only 20 mins.

Negative experience: I do not have no experience with PowerWave in Beckenham but i live on the first floor above the gym. I can tell loud music and shouts disturb me. It’s like to be in the gym. I would like to spend my day off in peace at least.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the classes at PowerWave Beckenham. The gym is immaculate, the staff are so friendly and there’s such a friendly environment in the classes themselves. Every workout is really varied and challenging, and you’re in and out in 30 minutes. Absolutely love it!
