Fantastic experience: Attended a teaching course to help novice and new people to prepare for a Tri.. Went with aspirations that I would be enthused, and I was delighted with the teaching today. I would recommend it to anybody Mary, Paul and Darren gave a great insight into making this achievable in a very Uncomplicated way.

Negative experience: My son and his friend went over to the perimeter fence to check out the outdoor gym and realised access was not open to the public. They were hastily greeted with some impolite shouting that they were being filmed in CCTV. I shouted back to remind the loud mouthed lady that we could not see any signs from the road, and that she was shouting at mere children. I trust this is not how national lottery funding is normally invested???

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been attending Inspire2tri exercise classes for some years now and have benefited greatly from them. Also, they are great fun - a real social occasion. All staff and volunteers are excellent and the venue is SO beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! So very fortunate to have this outdoor rainbow trail facility, at this time. Fantastic atmosphere with really encouraging professional instructors, using a variety of equipment and exercises, working at your own pace, to your personal limits. Lots of fun too!!

Fantastic experience: Firstly, all the classes are run with the greatest attention to safety, lots of space, sanitising and clear instructions as to how to maintain distance. I genuinely feel confident taking these outdoorsessions. I have enjoyed all my classes here so far. Mary is lively and fun and works us hard. I hope I look as good in my (even) later years as many of the clients seem to!

Well worth a visit to their website as the ultimate resource. A surprisingly well equipped facility in a this rural county. Very active on Social Media too. 10/10
