Fantastic experience: A great class nice clinic - I felt in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Sarah for clinical massage therapy. I have been seeing her every 2-3 weeks since December, to help recover from/prevent further regular muscle spasms in my lower back. To start with, I was having to walk with a stick & could hardly reach out/bend at all but am now able to exercise & go for long walks again. Sarah really listens, monitors, tailor makes each treatment to suit progress & also recommends helpful exercises.

Fantastic experience: Rio is amazing, she is so thorough and is extremely knowledgeable!! You can tell rio really genuinely cares about her patients & I couldnt recommend her enough!! The nhs have totally misdiagnosed me but with rios expertise shes narrowed it down, given me exercises and ways to relieve pain and week by week my pain is minimising and my movement is greater. Huge thankyou!

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Rio! I went to her on the recommendation of a friend as I had done something to my back and was in a lot of pain. Rio talked me through everything that she was going to do and put me at complete ease. After the first visit my back was a lot better and now after 2 visits I’m back to normal! I will still be going in to see Rio for an MOT every few weeks to help keep me moving and feeling so much better! Thank you so much! Fantastic experience: I recently had a series of sessions with Sarah Farrenden for TMJ and associated neck pain. She has made a big difference to my discomfort which has reduced my reliance on pain meds. The addition of hot stones to the massage was a bonus. I think it’s worth going for the relaxing hot stone treatment alone even if you don’t have a specific ache or pain.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Clinic 124 who offer a wide range of Osteopathic treatments. There are a few Osteopaths to choose from who are all very experienced, it was really easy to get an appointment there quickly. A lovely little clinic in a beautiful seaside town.
