Fantastic experience: This gym is extremely well equipped and clean . Staff are excellent I’ve been having personal training over the last two years with Esther. If you’re looking to change the way you look or think I’d highly recommend Esther . I have had a few PTs over the years and I’d say with complete confidence she has been the best . If you are looking to build , firm up or loose weight . Since training with Esther I’ve noticed a huge difference not only how I feel physically but also mentally I now know when I go to the gym alone I can train in the correct manor without risk of injury due to her guidance over these past two years .i am forever Greatfull. Fantastic experience: We have needed a gym like this for so long ! It's spread across three floors giving plenty of space. Has lovely showers and changing rooms equipped with hygiene products and hairdryers etc. Its not overly busy and every one seems nice and welcoming just doing there own thing -perfect for beginners I would say! It has a range of a equipment more so then most gyms I've never waited for any equipment at all. Staff are kind and responsive the 24 hour thing is absolutely amazing. I really like it here !

Fantastic experience: Despite being brand new to the gym thing, I felt comfortable and welcomed instantly. Micheal took time to answer my questions and gave me a full tour explaining everything I needed to know. The gym seemed very clean and did not feel cramped despite the rooms being quite small. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they expand the spin classes soon as they are all booked up and only one class available at the Herne Bay gym, they're obviously very popular! I'm really looking forward to getting started.

Positive experience: I like the concept of keeping the cardio and weight sections separate. It makes it a bit quieter in the cardio section. Would like to have a handrail for the stairs though. And also lighting at the back of the building could be improved.

Fantastic experience: Came for a day after going to the Herne Bay gym for a few months and I cannot believe how brilliant it is. Amazing and impressive facilities shown to me by Lily after a perfect 10/10 tour. Cannot recommend enough.

Positive experience: Good facilities HOWEVER I mostly joined this gym so I could go to classes (Spin etc) but the timetable is VERY limited and the classes seem to get booked up immediately. I've yet to be able to book a class space as although I look every morning everything is booked up. You can add yourself to a waitlist and then they email you...however unless you're constantly looking at your emails throughout the day any places which become available seem to get snapped up within minutes. So although I've been a member for a few weeks I've yet to get a place in any classes

Fantastic experience: Great gym, helpful friendly staff, thanks for the goody bag! Tried out for the first time today with a chest and shoulder workout. I'm an experienced former competitive natural bodybuilder so I've trained in dozens of gyms over the years, this one probably has some of the best machines and equipment, all brand new too, although it was getting quite busy when I visited at around 4-5.30pm on a Friday. The gym is set out over 3 floors so I got a few extra steps in running up to floor 3 to use the cable crossover (which is upstairs with the cardio stuff) for cable flyes on chest and cable lateral raise. I guess because the ground floor is full while the 3rd is more spacious, there is actually a much wider cable crossover on the ground floor, but the cables are mostly used individually by members for isolation movements. It's all new at the moment so over time it'll be a case of seeing what works, but I'd recommend maybe having a central stand for the 10, 5 and 2.5kg plates as they're currently scattered around the racks on the various plate-loaded machines, so there's a bit of hunting involved at times and its hard to tell where they should go so they're going to get mixed up. Other than that, very good, I will be back for more sessions. Good value for money. Edit 30/9/2024: Tried a leg workout here today and discovered, after asking another trainer, that there's no calf machines! Lots of machines in the corner for women to build a bigger bum, but no seated or standing calf raise which is surprising for such an otherwise fairly-well equipped gym. No ab machines either. Obviously you can do calves on a leg press, abs in other ways too but bootys don't even need fancy machines, I would sell them/send them back while new and get something more useful... and maybe some heavier dumbells for dumbell row, RDLs and those who progress beyond 50kgs on press

I'm not a regular gym goer having only signed up with Snap Herne Bay this year but I love the layout and the separation of the different workout areas at Whitstable and I plan to attend more often now this one open. Most of all, I love the fan setting on the workout machines!

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness in Whitstable is a three-storey gym with weights on the first floor, classes on the second floor and cardio equipment on the third. It is neat, clean and modern. The staff are nice, friendly and professional.
